A reporter from Mariupol managed to record on video a rare phenomenon called "space rods"
“We filmed a story about a kid who recently died from vaccination in the village of Bakhmutskoye, Donetsk region,” Nikolai Ryabchenko, who “caught” the anomaly in the lens, told 0629. - The boy's grandmother told about the tragedy. In the process of work, I did not notice anything special, but when they began to view the recording, we saw strange flying objects.
In a matter of minutes, all the employees crowded around the computer in the studio. On the monitor, oblong white entities were clearly visible, rushing at high speed in front of the woman's face. Moreover, some of the rods started something like a game, chasing each other along intricate trajectories.
“I have been working for several years, constantly looking closely at the plots, but this is the first time I have encountered such a thing,” says Eduard Merkulov, technical director of the MTV television company, surprised. - I had seen stories about space rods on TV before, but I thought that my colleagues were sinning editing for the sake of sensation. And now I don't even know what to think.
The wavy shape of the rods suggests that these may be insects sweeping past the lens at high speed, and the waves are the flapping of their wings. However, Eduard Merkulov argues that this is impossible. According to him, the speed of movement of the wings of insects is much higher than the frame rate in a video camera and cannot be recorded with a conventional camera. Flies with mosquitoes, getting into the frame, look like blurry spots.
