Scientists have discovered in the republic a structure remarkably similar to the famous Stonehenge

In the scientific world - a sensation. Ufa archaeologists and historians have found an ancient mystical center in Bashkiria - a complete copy of the famous British Stonehenge. Next week, an archaeological expedition of VEGU students and staff of the National Museum will leave for the Uchalinsky District.

“An ancient settlement was discovered at this place 40 years ago,” Vitaly Fedorov, one of the initiators of the excavations, tells me. - It is called Novo-Bayramgulovskoe. Only everyone believed that this was just a camp of ancient people, there are thousands of them in our country. And then we got photos from the plane. They show much more detail than from the ground.

Geologist Valery Gorozhanin was asked to deal with the photographs. He deciphered the pictures for a long time and found two large stone circles with a diameter of about 100 m at the site of the Novo-Bayramgulov site. Just like in Stonehenge!

Vitaly Fedorov is known as a serious scientist and teacher at VEGU. He was never fond of looking for little green men, UFO wreckage and other similar anomalies. Therefore, all the scientists of the capital took the find with enthusiasm.

“My colleagues know similar circles, but they are five times smaller than ours,” he says. According to preliminary data, it is at least 5000 years old. But we will clarify this later.

Earlier, an unknown tribe lived in this place, which erected a giant building - most likely, for the administration of religious rites. That is, it was a prehistoric temple in which shamans conjured. Scientists have found that there used to be wooden walls here, but they have not survived.

Only developed peoples can build a gigantic stone structure, and the tribe that lived here was uncivilized, did not even know agriculture. Why they had to spend so much energy on the "temple" is completely incomprehensible. But the most amazing thing is that once here, like in England, there were giant stone blocks-dolmens!

Promotional video:

“Local residents told us about them,” Vitaly Kimovich continues his story. Only in the 80s the stones were removed with tractors. We tried to find the boulders, but so far to no avail. The area is full of boulders, and it is difficult to determine which of them stood here. It will be difficult to dig also because after 1000 years other tribes came here and made a dump on the site of the "temple".

“And the locals are also carrying out illegal excavations there,” complains Vitaly Kimovich. Whole classes of schoolchildren come and dig …

According to the head of the excavation, a researcher at the National Museum Yanina Fedorova, there will be enough work here for decades. And for this month, archaeologists will only conduct an initial study.

BTW

What is Stonehenge

Stonehenge is an ancient building in the south of England. It is a system of stone circles with a diameter of more than 100 m. The most amazing part of Stonehenge is dolmens: five double stone blocks covered with heavy slabs on top. 50-ton blocks are installed in the very center of the structure. Like the find in Bashkiria, Stonehenge dates back to 3000 BC. In addition, both Stonehenge and the building in the Uchalinsky district are at the same latitude!

VERSIONS

Why did the ancients build this?

For centuries, scientists have been trying to figure out why people built these giant structures. Here are several versions - from the classic to the most incredible.

1. Religious building (temple). It is believed that Stonehenge has a powerful energy. Thousands of people come to the monument every year, wishing to "recharge".

2. Prehistoric Observatory. The stones placed around the circumference form a rectangle and serve as indicative marks for tracking the 19-year annual cycle of the moon.

3. A message to descendants that cannot be deciphered in any way.

4. Calculator. Stonehenge strikingly resembles the so-called "difference grid" with which mathematicians solve complex differential equations on computers. Scientists have proven that the stones were installed according to the laws of physics, which simulate mathematical equations and the laws of physics.

5. Place of landing of aliens - supposedly there was an "airport" where guests of the Earth landed.

All of these versions refer to Stonehenge. Probably, they will be considered when studying the Bashkir analogue.
