During his presidency, John F. Kennedy was troubled by the increased reports of UFOs during the Cold War with the USSR. On November 12, 1963, Kennedy dictated a memorandum that the United States is ready to share confidential information about UFOs with the USSR so that there are no apocalyptic mistakes.
