Pluto has long been viewed as something anomalous among all other space objects in our solar system. Compared to neighboring planets, this dwarf celestial body has an extremely tilted orbit, which sometimes brings it to the Sun even closer than Neptune is located.

Now astronomers from Spain believe that they will be able to prove that there are two more giant planets hidden behind Pluto, which are located beyond the reach of our telescopes.

According to Nicola Jenner, a scientist at the University of Madrid, in an interview with the scientific journal New Scientist, astronomers have found some strange clusters of rocky objects in the Pluto region.

In March 2014, astronomers also discovered a dwarf planet called 2012 VP113 near Pluto, along with nearly 900 other objects. By itself, their mass is not large enough for them to be attracted to each other, so the researchers believe that they are attracted by another, much larger object.

Scientists believe that this unknown object can be up to 10 times the size of the Earth, and its orbit is 250 times further than our planet is located in relation to the Sun.

Scientists also believe that this planet is moving in resonance with the much larger outer world.
