So far, we can say with certainty only one thing about the Human Soul, that it exists, like any material body. Its study is still taking place at the empire level. It, like the nervous, circulatory, lymphatic system, has its own structure and organs, which are improved in the course of the evolution of all biological life, including humans.

For a long time man has been trying to penetrate the secret places of the Soul, to determine its form, content and structure, to influence it in some way. Sometimes he succeeds by means of psychic or extrasensory influence. On the basis of these attempts to influence, separate elements of knowledge about the Soul appeared. By analyzing and synthesizing these elements of knowledge, one can roughly form the following picture.

Outwardly, the Human Soul is a dense field cocoon formed by the subtle bodies of a person and resembling a gigantic teardrop-shaped energy egg, with its narrower end directed downward. A person with a highly developed Soul, it glows, pulsates with all the colors of the rainbow, which can be seen by extrasensory means. Some people - “saints” - have a yellow-orange-red nimbus around - above their heads within the boundaries of the Soul. In physically, morally healthy people, bright light tones prevail in the colors of the Soul; with the appearance of any diseases, moral deviations, these tones fade, fade, pass into dark predominance.

This drop-shaped capsule is formed by the flows of human biological currents, the flow pattern of which is correlated according to seven main energy centers, also called chakras, which in turn are formed by the location of active bio-points, which have been used for thirty centuries in acupuncture - acupuncture. There are 695 active biological points on the human body, which are not scattered chaotically, but are grouped along lines - meridians, channels, like nerves or blood vessels, and consist of bundles of thin tubular-shaped structures with a diameter of 20-50 microns. Active biological points are small loose oval structures that differ from the surrounding tissues.

For a long time, European medicine did not recognize the presence of meridians in humans, or at least considered them hypothetical. First, using measurements of the electrical resistance of the skin (A. N. Podshibyakin, 1952, etc.), and later, in 1986, by introducing technetium into biologically active points (Necker Institute, France), trajectories on the human body were found that completely coincide with meridians described in ancient Chinese sources ("Huangdi Neiqing", 5-3 centuries BC). Thus, the fact of the existence of meridians (energy channels) becomes obvious.

Of scientific interest is the report of Korean researchers, headed by Kim Bong Han (1962), who discovered the kenrak system, which coincides with the energy meridians. It is represented by thin thin-walled tubes, visible during electron microscopy, filled with a "Bonhan liquid" circulating in them, containing an increased concentration of DNA. At the locations of the acupuncture points, the tubes have thickenings ("Bonhan bodies").

According to the concepts of oriental medicine, a person has twelve paired and two unpaired (anterior and posterior) meridians, a total of 26. According to the provisions of oriental medicine (and they are confirmed by the data of modern science), energy circulates along paired meridians in a strictly defined and sequential order. Each pair of classical meridians is in a state of highest activity for two hours.

Our entire body is permeated with special, infinitely small, connecting tubules - nari, of which there are more than 700 million. In addition, the energy system includes receiver-locator organs (such as: hands, eyes).

As already mentioned, active bio-points, and channels for the flow of bio-currents form seven energy centers - human chakras, tiny energy pores, centers of energy exchange are stores of energy, and they also form a certain pattern in the movement of energy. The chakras are two conical vortex funnels, in front and behind the torso, with peaks in the centerline of the spinal column. These funnels rotate clockwise in relation to the body, that is, the energy is screwed into us from the front and back, feeding the energy centers of the person. In the first chakra, energy comes from the Earth through one conical funnel with the axis of rotation along the spine. The seventh chakra is a funnel, the top of which extends from our spine and passes through the crown of our head.

In the area of energy centers, there are energy emissions that have their own color. Energy flows radiate from palms, fingers and toes, and eyes. Often, the flow of energy flows down tens, hundreds of meters or even more. The activity of human energy flows creates a subtle but different energy field.

In turn, each of the seven energy chakras, respectively, is responsible for the formation and vital activity of the subtle bodies of a person:

1 chakra - energy body;

2 chakra - astral body;

3 chakra - mental body;

4 chakra - karmic body;

5 chakra - intuitive body;

6 chakra - celestial body;

7 chakra - keter body.

Taken together, the subtle bodies of a person form his aura.

In addition, there are nineteen more dynamic centers, seven main of which are located along the spine, between its vertebrae and are distributed accordingly to the seven energy chakras, and twelve secondary ones correspond to the position of the joints of the human limbs. All this together, on the one hand, forms the human energy body, on the other hand, the biofield, formed by this structure is the capacity of the Soul with a reflective layer, the task of which is to prevent the interpenetration of the subtle spiritual structures of two organisms.

The field form of human life is a complex energy formation, which externally looks like an exact luminous copy (hologram or phantom) of the physical body of a person (both externally and internally), surrounded by an egg-shaped shell - an aura.

A person is a complex "multilevel" education. The following concepts are embedded in the meaning of “multilevel”: physical body - material level; energy body - energy level; and the mental body is an informational-psychic level based on human consciousness. In the modern generally accepted understanding, consciousness is a person's feeling, memory and thinking abilities. The human brain is a special mediator in which material and informational-energy are joined. Each of the levels of a person, as a system, also represents a kind of structure with its inherent functional role. At the same time, not one of these levels is independent, they are united by a system-forming factor - the end result of the functioning of a living system.

A person is not a set of organs (healthy or not very healthy), but an integral system in which physical components are energetically interconnected with other components, such as emotions, psyche, intellect.

The systemic concept of a person's essence reflects his monolithic character, i.e. all systems are integrated into one whole, moreover, they are conditioned by the need to maintain integrity, sustainability and the ability to develop.

In parallel, other concepts are being developed more and more actively, based on which a person is a dialectical entity, consisting of two halves. The first is matter, the second is the field. Substance is the human body, it is directed towards the Earth and everything earthly. The field is the thought and soul of a person. It targets the universe and at its most subtle level is part of the root cause.

The difficulty lies in the fact that the soul “discovered” by the ancient Greeks is still perceived by us empirically, although attempts are being made to study it, moreover, it is believed that its main components have been “groped”. Supporters of the concept of this direction believe that with the death of a person's physical body, his soul continues an independent life. They are convinced that the whole meaning of human life lies in the cultivation of this Soul, which after the death of a person continues its path to God.

Our energetic structure in some main features should echo the bodily structure of our body, and in many ways this is true. Our spine, for example, is enclosed throughout its entire length in a kind of capsule formed by powerful energy fields, where all our internal energy channels run down. This capsule, called the energy column, is at the same time the core to which all elements of our energy structure are "attached" and the main highway along which energy flows of various types, purposes and directions flow.

Energy threads, fibers, pulsations permeate our entire body, they also form the outer tissue of a protective cocoon that holds our vital energy, like a vessel for water, all our subtle bodies, which together form the Human Soul, which in turn can be registered and even weighed with modern high-precision instruments. The more vital energy you have, the more active you become at all levels of being - physical, mental, emotional, creative and spiritual.

The state of a person's Soul depends on three interrelated aspects, these are:

- firstly, the physicochemical aspect, which depends on the health of the physical body. Internal chemical processes form a single dynamic information network linking body, mind and emotions;

- secondly, the moral and ethical aspect, which depends on the emotional qualities of a person. The activity of primary energy centers is primarily associated with our emotions;

- and, thirdly, the psychological and mental aspect, which depends on a person's abilities (memory, logical and abstract thinking).

All these three aspects have arisen and developed during the evolution of the Soul. The key to effectively working with energy is to develop the ability to tactile awareness of your physical body. This enhances the flow of vital energy and promotes spiritual development. When you consciously focus your attention on any part of your body, you thereby produce energetic stimulation there. And when you move this focal point of body awareness, you also stimulate the internal energy structures that are in this area.
