First of all, I want to express my gratitude to the regular reader of the channel, S. Kichigin, for the material provided for this article.

In this series of articles, I will try to very briefly and easily present the content of the book by Andrey Stepanenko "History is no more".

Nothing is new in this world

The American wars for "freedom and democracy" in oil-rich countries are but a crude replay of early 20th century British combinations. When, for the possession of an oil-bearing region, two revolutions were organized in rival countries and the history of the ancient world was distorted (to fit their needs).

If it were not for the dire consequences for Russia, which sent our people to HELL of bloody coups, civil war and repression, one could even admire the subtle game of British diplomats and spies.

The price of technological progress

It all started with the invention of the compression ignition of the internal combustion engine mixture …

“The German engineer Rudolf Diesel, relying on the rich coal resources of Germany (due to the lack of oil deposits in the latter), in 1897 proposed a compression-ignition engine running on coal dust. At the Ludwig Nobel factory in St. Petersburg in 1898-1899. improved this engine by using compressorless fuel atomization, which made it possible to use oil as fuel. As a result, the compressorless engine has become the most economical stationary heat engine”- data from Wikipedia.

From the prospects of new engines, my head was just spinning. However , oil was needed for their work. And in open form, it was available only in Azerbaijan (Russian Empire) and Persia. Thus, the British became vital for the deposits of South Persia …

Archaeological miracle

Here we come close to the "miraculous discovery" made by the British archaeologist R. Caldewey. "Babylon will be excavated!" - Koldewey wrote categorically in a letter to a friend, however, warning that the upcoming discovery was kept secret, and said that he had demanded 500,000 marks from the government for excavations in a foreign country - an absolutely unthinkable amount at that time.

It is also interesting that even BEFORE Koldewey was commissioned to carry out these excavations, he ALREADY KNEW (hereinafter a quote from his letter) that "there will be found mainly the buildings of Nebuchadnezzar." It should be noted that in those places where you do not dig, you will find ancient ruins. And to guess which of them are Babylon, without digging anything, is simply unthinkable. All the more strange is the perky confidence of the British archaeologist, who announced in advance and in detail the find of the century.

Less than a year later, after the success of the new Diesel engine design, when it became clear to everyone what value the oil was, Koldewey began excavations at a site that would be immediately identified as Babylon. After only 14 years, the struggle around this place will determine the future of all world history.

Where does the revolution have "legs growing"?

By the early 20th century, Persia had grown from a mighty power to a semi-colonial state. It was valuable - strategic location and oil. Russia and England, being allies against the Ottoman Empire, in 1907 divided Persia into spheres of influence: Northern (Russian) and Southern (British).

With the onset of the First World War, the Turks acted as allies of Germany and immediately turned their eyes to the oil-bearing regions of Persia. In the course of the fighting, the British, rejecting the Russian plan to combine the expeditionary forces, were defeated by the German-Turkish troops.

In this situation, the Russian units of General Baratov entered Iraq (April 30, 1916) and it became clear: Baghdad (and hence oil-bearing Babylon) was about to become Russian. Britain could not allow such a development of events!

As a result, the oil-bearing regions of Persia remained under the control of the Anglo-Saxons for decades. Russia was plunged into the bloodbath of Bolshevism. Germany became, in fact, a puppet of the Anglo-Saxons, who raised, armed and set Hitler against the USSR (read more: Adolf Hitler - a secret project of the Anglo-Saxons.).

And the former British occupation zone has more than once become the scene of bloody clashes: this is the espionage war of the Second World War (remember Tehran -43?), Here is the war with Kuwait, and Saddam, accused of storing nuclear weapons, will be defeated here. And Iraq will again be occupied by the Anglo-Saxons, but now in the form of Americans.

What does archeology have to do with it?

At the beginning of the 20th century, a multipolar world still existed. Then it was not enough just to announce to the whole world that this region, for some (not publicly announced) reasons, is in the sphere of interests of a highly developed power.

It was not always possible to simply come and occupy a region, a country. Strong rivals could appear. It was easier and cheaper to find a legitimate pretext for being in a foreign country. For example, archaeological research is not an excuse? Or "educational" projects, NGOs (as it is now).

In addition, both the Germans and the Anglo-Saxons needed to find new (or adapt the existing) evidence of the distorted history of the world, written in the 17th century. The rapid development of communications and communications, along with an increase in the accessibility of education, have brought forth a new (numerous and critically thinking) class of scientists.

Questions began to arise for historians and it was urgent to find (correct) material evidence. This was the era of the massive appearance of fake historical artifacts.
