The temple is located in Cusco, like many other interesting and amazing sites of the past. However, the processing of blocks, their installation, and many other factors raise strong doubts that the official history of the structure can be at least a little true.
Historians, as always, declare that the temple was built by the Incas and of course, all this was created with stone tools. The temple was built allegedly in 1438, but after several centuries the object was destroyed.
Now there is a cathedral on the site of the temple's foundation, but even what remains can tell a lot about the past and the creators of this object.
Firstly, what I immediately want to note is the remaining walls near the modern cathedral made of large-sized processed blocks that have been ideally held without any mortar for at least 600 years, but it is obvious that this is only an official figure.
One can only guess what kind of structure it was in the past and what size it was, but this is only the beginning, then everything becomes more interesting.

The polygonal masonry of the remaining ruins is perplexing even for an inexperienced person in this matter - how could this have been created with primitive stone tools?
Perfect blocks, everything is kept without solution, but there are no gaps. In some places you can see strange and technically complex elements that even now would cause difficulties, not to mention the distant past.
It is also worth noting the holes in the megaliths, which can be seen in fairly large numbers, both in individual blocks and in existing walls. Moreover, all the holes seem to be perfectly evenly drilled, and why they did it and why is a mystery.
In general, it is difficult even to imagine that the Incas did this with primitive tools, and this is simply simply impossible, no matter how much time was at the disposal of the ancient builders.
In the end, it is worth noting the striking contrast between the ideal "Inca masonry" and the more modern one, half falling apart, made of stones of different sizes and without any fit.
Everyone will notice how different the upper part is from the remains of an ancient temple.
I'm pretty sure the object existed much earlier than the 15th century, and by all accounts, its dimensions were impressive. Well, to say that the Incas did it does not even make any sense.
