There are many interesting things in Cusco and one of such interesting places is the so-called "Moonstone". A place that is considered sacred both in ancient times and now.
In a fairly large, but most ordinary stone, in the past, they created a rather strange shape. And it would seem like an ordinary stone and a small "shape", if you can call it that, but some questions arise regarding processing.
The age of the "Moonstone" is, of course, unknown, but it was created even before the Incas, since all ancient peoples considered the place sacred.
In other words, the stone is at least several thousand years old, but in fact, this is not so important. Ideal symmetry and the object itself cannot be explained by primitive labor, since it is so correct and even, it simply cannot be done without high technology.
In addition, if something like this was created with primitive tools, rough traces would remain, in the form of some chips, irregularities and the like, but there is nothing, everything is perfect.
It seems that the place looks rather strange, especially if we refer it to a highly developed civilization, but the fact is that without special technologies it is no less difficult to explain.

But why at least a more or less developed civilization could create such a place in a stone is now very difficult to answer, but for some reason I doubt that the original purpose of the stone was the same as now, that is, for meditation, etc.
In any case, the processing quality of this object is at the level, only too many questions remain unanswered. Now "Moonstone" continues to be one of the most mysterious objects, at least in Cusco, since its purpose and the process of creation is unknown.
