The Coricancha Temple (Qurikancha, translated as "Golden Temple") is located in the center of the famous Peruvian city of Cuzco. Coricancha was the most important temple of the Inca empire. Moreover, it is known that it was built before the emergence of this empire, archaeologists believe that it is about 3000 years old. The stones fit together very tightly, without the slightest hole, and no mortar was used during construction.
In the temple there are mysterious blocks of strange shape and incomprehensible purpose, including those with the correct holes.

It is curious that the temple was later rebuilt and built on, but these structures were destroyed by the conquistadors and earthquakes. And with the masonry made in our era, practically nothing happened. Interestingly, some of this masonry was nevertheless managed to be slightly destroyed, but when later, during the reconstruction, they began to try to fold the stones as before, this did not work - there were significant gaps between them. (see two photos below).
It is interesting that the temple is planned so clearly that you can see through its windows.
