One of the latest cases of poltergeist in Russia occurred in Nizhny Novgorod. In the apartment of an ordinary family, unusual phenomena began to occur: someone periodically closed the gas valve, threw an alarm clock under the sofa and threw needles around the house. Experts from the Cosmopoisk research association have installed video cameras in the apartment and are constantly monitoring.

By the power of the biofield

The term "poltergeist" (translated from German as "noisy spirit") was introduced into use by the doctor Berthold Gerstmann from Dortmund. All kinds of anomalies took place in his house - cupboards were moving, books were flying, dishes were breaking … In 1713 Gerstmann wrote a detailed report "Accurate and True Representation of Ghosts and Poltergeists in Dortmund", thereby recording the phenomenon for the first time.

Already in the twentieth century. psychophysiologists have put forward a hypothesis: the matter, perhaps, is not in the spirits, but in the very psyche of the person around whom such devilry is going on. If the psyche is unhealthy and undergoes painful transformations, what if it is able to “project” its states onto the surrounding reality?

This was the opinion of Professor Andrei Li, Doctor of Medicine and Candidate of Technical Sciences, who in the mid-1990s created a "poltergeist ambulance service" in Moscow. Over the years of her work, experts have compiled a classification of the phenomenon (poltergeist is "fire", "sound", "motor" and "water").

Hundreds of citizens' appeals were accepted and checked. The overwhelming majority turned out to be "fakes": they were either people's fantasies, or banal jokes, or cases explained by natural reasons. As, for example, in a high-rise building near the Savyolovsky railway station, where dishes rattled in cupboards, utensils fell from the shelves. It turned out that the objects were moving due to imperceptible vibrations of the wall adjacent to the arch, where the wind constantly walks.

However, several times over the years of the ambulance service the experts had to shrug their shoulders: there was no explanation for the “devilry”. So, in Kolomna, right before their eyes, an apartment burned down from a poltergeist. And if one fire source was found inside the upholstery of the sofa, the other ended up inside a concrete (!) Wall, where there was no electrical wiring.

Andrey Li believes that the phenomenon of a “noisy spirit” is inseparable from its “carrier” (researchers call such a person a “focal face”): without knowing it, by the power of his biofield he is able to influence objects, moving them and causing fires. This is the specific activity of his brain, this is how negative energy, driven inside (say, due to family troubles), manifests itself. Andrey Lee's group even developed a method of how to translate the "fire" poltergeist into a safer "motor" one.

Now the metropolitan "ambulance service for poltergeists" does not work. “I took up other science projects,” Lee admits. - Yes, and there are a lot of problems in the country, there is no time for rams.

It's sunny

But the research association "Cosmopoisk" did not lose interest in the phenomenon and even created a special sector to study it.

“Over the past 5 years, we have recorded about 50 poltergeist outbreaks in Russia and the CIS countries,” says Nikita Tomin, head of the sector. - 28 times experts went to the places of anomalous events, and in 7 cases they found the phenomenon in an active phase. By the way, the average duration of a typical poltergeist (when the dates of its origin and end are known) is 17 days."

In the fall of 2014, "Cosmopoisk" studied a "fire" poltergeist in the Ramensky district of the Moscow region. Two country houses burned down. Their owners had previously extinguished spontaneous fires and even sprinkled these places with holy water. Often at night heavy footsteps and the crashing of cans and cans were heard from the attic.

However, there was no one in the house except the owners, they are sure of that. On October 18, from the next mystical outburst, the buildings were completely burned down. After the fire, they tried to rebuild one house, but on the very first day a worker from the construction brigade broke his ribs. The hard workers immediately retreated: the place is damned!

“We examined the ashes with the help of equipment - a microphone, a pyrometer, a thermal imager (the latter two are devices for remote temperature measurement),” says Vadim Chernobrov, Cosmopoisk coordinator. “It looks like there’s a tectonic rift under the ground. The gases contained in the earth's crust can rise to the surface and affect the central nervous system and the human psyche. And over time, such an impact can lead to a spontaneous increase in temperature and fires near this person."

A curious case was studied by the Ukrainian branch of "Cosmopoisk". For more than six months an unknown anomalous element haunted a family from Zhitomir. With the arrival of the mother-in-law, knocking and rustling began to be heard in the apartment, heavy objects fell.

Then the fires started, so the firemen had to be called. But even after that, the barabashka did not leave the owners alone: water regularly pours out on the head of the family, as if from nowhere. It is logical to assume that the cause of the poltergeist was the uneasy relationship between the son-in-law and the mother-in-law.

Among other cities, where "noisy spirits" have recently frolicked, - Kirov, Irkutsk, Perm … And everywhere, making measurements, experts noted high indicators of the electromagnetic field (EMF). This is consistent with the hypothesis put forward by many researchers, including foreign ones: the poltergeist "feeds" on the energy of EMF.

For example, it has been noticed that the drum wakes up when geomagnetic activity intensifies. And that, in turn, is associated with geomagnetic storms that occur after powerful flares on the Sun. Hence the conclusion: the reel is not scary - it is sunny.
