According to the Bible, Jesus is the son of God, born of the Virgin Mary. In particular, his arrival was announced by the archangel Gabriel, sent by God himself. Gabriel explained to Mary that she was chosen to give birth to a son of God and that she would soon be fertilized by the Holy Spirit. He also explained this to Joseph the Righteous, the future husband of Mary. He told them to give the child the name of Jesus. And so it was done.

Jesus grows up to become a wise preacher. He gathers people and sends them messages from God, teaching them Christian morality and principles. Soon he begins to work miracles: heal the sick, feed the hungry, raise the dead. About 30 years of his life, he was baptized by John the Baptist. Then he chose twelve apostles to impart knowledge to them. After three years of preaching, he was arrested and turned over to the Sanhedrin (Jewish court), and then turned over to the Roman governor Pontius Pilate.

Jesus was sentenced to death as a slave crucified on the cross. At a secret dinner on the eve of his death, he tells the apostle that he will be betrayed. He also tells them that on the third day after his death, he will resurrect and join his father in heaven. For the bread that he broke and gave out that evening, Jesus said it was his body, and the wine he poured and drank represented his blood. And so it should remain. The moment he died on the cross, darkness fell, although it was noon and there was an earthquake. His last words were: "Forgive them, father, because they do not know what they are doing."
