Paranormal researcher Joshua P. Warren, at his meeting with ufologists on February 16, 2018, presented photographs that captured the mysterious events taking place on the island of Puerto Rico after Hurricane Maria.
After the devastating hurricane that hit the island on September 20, 2017, many strange objects have been seen near secret government bases.
Investigator Ellis took this long-range photo at a government runway near the Cartagena Lagoon, known as the "UFO Lagoon", due to objects that have repeatedly appeared over the sea and under water.
In the first photo, you can see only a regular plane with red wings, near which a white car is parked. A few seconds later, to the left, behind the aircraft, a strange cone-shaped object with blades located high above the body suddenly appeared.
Many ufologists believe that this object is very similar to the photograph of a UFO taken by Luis Aimata in the same area in 2012.
