Philippe Anthelme Nizier (Nizier) was born on April 25, 1849 in a village in Savoy. Almost from the cradle, he was distinguished by unique paranormal abilities. Many of his admirers cite this fact as an argument for his "divine" talent, because at such an early age he could not learn from anyone the ability to control occult forces.
And the paranormal talents of the six-year-old Nizier were already very worried about the village priest, who believed that this could be a manifestation of devilish obsession. But, fortunately, at the age of thirteen, Philip Anthelmus Nizier was already using his unique gift for healing with might and main.
Nevertheless, at the age of fourteen, Philippe Anthelmus Nizier goes to the city of Lyon to learn a profession and start earning his daily bread. His uncle, who worked as a butcher, lived in Lyon. It is this profession that young Philip Nizier must master.
In Lyon, while cutting a carcass, Philippe Nizier accidentally cut his thumb and forefinger tendons on his left hand. Because of this injury, you could lose your job. And then young Philip Nizier set back his cut finger, which was barely holding on, wrapped his good hand around it and began to pray. Literally a few moments later, the blood stopped, and the finger not only healed, but also grew back to the palm, as if nothing had happened!
When Nizier was brought to the hospital, the doctor had no choice but to put on a protective bandage and be surprised that there was no infection, or any other negative side effects.
Philippe Nizier volunteered for the army in 1870. But he did not last long as a soldier. Returning from the war, he had to choose where to direct his life path. And Philippe Nizier understands that there is no point in running from fate: in 1872 he opens his healing office in Lyon. This allows him not only to improve his gift, but also to earn money in order to start mastering the medicine he dreamed of.
Having opened an office where Philip Nizier healed people with the help of occult powers, he hoped not only to improve his skills, but also to get the opportunity to study medicine, because he believed that the study of his gift would help better heal the suffering.

But the more the fame of Philippe Nizier spread as a healer, the more the envy of certified doctors grew. And, in the end, envy reached such a limit that Philippe Nizier was pursued by the French police, who accused him of illegal medical practice.
Fortunately, the matter did not go far, because the envious doctors had nothing to show him - Philip Nizier did not even touch his patients, did not perform any "satanic" rituals, but simply … prayed for the health of the person and he recovered!
Philippe Nizier's acquaintance with Papus (the famous French occultist of that time) radically changed the lives of both, they not only met as two outstanding people, but also became friends, and their friendship was so mutual and deep that Nizier became the godfather of Papus' son, whom in honor of Nizier was also named Philip.
And it should be understood that occultists are very sensitive and responsible towards those who are chosen for the role of godparents, because this is a high "astral" responsibility. Papus' son Philip did not cherish a soul in his godfather and subsequently wrote a book about Nizier, called "Master Philip of Lyons", There are two versions of the acquaintance of Philippe Nizier and Papus. According to the first, once Papus saw Nizier in a prophetic dream and therefore immediately recognized him when he met. And according to the second version, Papus somehow led a complex magic ritual, and when he was about to enter the magic circle, Nizier burst into the house and did not allow him to do it.
Then it turned out that a mistake had crept in in the conduct of the magical ceremony, which would have led Papus to inevitable death. But fortunately, Philip Nizier passed by his house, noticing through the open door (also one of the mistakes) that a dark aura hung over a person about to enter the magic circle. Without delay, he rushed to save the unfortunate man.
All the scandals and problems accompanying the healing activity, of course, cooled his ardor, and in 1895, heeding the advice of Papus, he founded the "school of magnetism" in Lyon, fully devoting himself to the issues of occultism.
And although Philip Nizier began to pay more attention to occult issues, he still, from time to time, led healing sessions. And one day in 1875, a woman brought her daughter to him, asking him to heal her. The request was fulfilled, but the recovered girl, whose name was Jeanne Landard, decided not to distance herself from her savior, but in gratitude began to help him in his healing and occult activities.
Nizier and Landar became so close that they soon got married. Subsequently, Jeanne Landard gave birth to Nizier two children.
As time passed, the fame of Philippe Nizier as a healer grew, and as a result, she went beyond the borders of France. And the envious, no matter how hard they tried, their attempts became more and more fruitless. And finally, as if in a mockery of them, fate restored justice. And Philip Nizier, being unrecognized by official medicine in his homeland, receives a doctorate in medicine at the University of Cincinnati, and in 1885 he was awarded the title of honorary resident of the Italian city of Acri "for services to science and humanity."
Moreover, a year later, the Royal Academy of Rome awards him the honorary title of Doctor of Medicine.
The last event simply infuriated his envious people, and they again began to spoil his life, as a result of which in 19887 and 1890 Philip Nizier was again fined for illegal medical practice.
The fame of Philippe Nizier grew every year, and, in the end, reached Russia. And on one of the September days in 1900, the Grand Duke Vladimir visited Nizier in Lyon. The latter was so impressed by Nizier himself and his abilities that he invited the master to Russia. Nizier gladly accepted this invitation and already in the winter of December 29 of the same year visited a distant northern country, where he stayed for two months.
In Russia, good relations were established between Nizier and Nicholas II. Nicholas II respected Philippe Nizier so much that he asked his opinion on various issues. As a result, Nizier predicted the birth of the heir to Alexei in 1904, as well as military defeat and revolution.
In Russia, Nizier was perceived more as a powerful magician than a healer. And this was facilitated to a large extent by an amazing incident that happened to him.
Once he was present at the sermon of a priest who spoke about the miracles described in the Bible, to which Philip Nizier made a critical remark, they say, one should not take everything written in the scriptures literally. This angered the priest, and he exclaimed, "Let lightning strike this church if I'm wrong." To which Philip Nizier simply held his hand from top to bottom, as if from heaven to earth, and at the same moment, to the incredible amazement of everyone present, lightning struck the church!
The glory of Nizier reached its climax, the whole world already knew him as an outstanding healer, and only the French official medicine still not only did not recognize him, but continued to constantly look for an excuse to arrange some disgusting for him.
But this came to an end when the persistent petitions of Emperor Nicholas II were forced by French doctors to arrange the Nizier exam in order to still give him an official diploma of doctor of medicine.
To do this, he was given a list of hospital bed numbers of one of the hospitals and was offered, without seeing either patients or their medical history, to diagnose and cure them. Of course, any sane person understood that this was not an exam, but a mockery. But Philip Nizier nevertheless agreed to it and passed it with honor - having made an accurate diagnosis and healed all the sick!
The French official doctors had no choice but to issue Nizier the necessary permission and confer the title of Doctor of Medicine.
Philip Nizier had a premonition of his death in advance: he wrote in a letter to Nicholas II that he was going to leave the human body, and return to people in a completely different way. Nizier said goodbye in advance to those who were dear to him, leaving various instructions on what to do after his departure.
From February 1905, Philippe Nizier's health began to deteriorate rapidly, and on August 2, 1905, at the age of fifty-six, he left this world.
