It is likely that ancient cultures had access to high technology. As an example, I propose to consider an interesting pre-Columbian gold object that was discovered in Panama in the 1920s. The unique find is more than 1500 years old.
At first, the item known as the "bulldozer" or "flying dragon" from Panama was undeservedly neglected. He was mistaken for an ordinary gold pendant depicting a jaguar.
However, a version soon appeared that the object could be a mini-structure of a heavy machine for construction purposes, for example, a kind of excavator vehicle.
Suppose for a moment that the find is of an animal. But why is it so flat and angular? The Jaguar's tail appears to be exceptionally strong, and it has two large cogwheels at the end.
Now let's look at the claws of a strange beast. They are curved at unusual angles and run right under the animal's body. With claws and spade-like legs and cogwheels, this “prehistoric” machine (if built on a large scale) could be used as a mining excavator.
This artifact is only 12.4 cm long, however it is covered with a variety of mechanical devices. The strange object found in the Panamanian province of Cocle is hardly a simple piece of jaguar or dragon jewelry.
