As it turned out, the initiators of the destruction of the graffiti were not the communal services or the administration of the Central District - the work of street artists was dissatisfied with the caretaker of school No. 189, on the wall of which a portrait of the artist was painted.
“Do you know that you can't do graffiti at school? Neither hang, nor hang, nor write. We're going under control! - said the manager of the farm Tatyana Mikhailovna. Please contact the higher authorities, which I send us clear instructions.
On one side, she's right. The man is forced. She has no time to figure out who is there and what has drawn there. What if it's illegal something?
