NASA reports have shown that the recent surge in extreme hurricanes in the United States is the result of artificial weather manipulation, writes yournewswire.com.
Geoengineering expert Patrick Roddy has discovered recently released satellite images from NASA Worldview that show strange anomalies around Hurricanes Harvey and Irma and the path they were supposed to follow.
The expert's findings are in line with those of other scientists who claim that the HAARP installation is responsible for the recent hurricane waves around the world.
