A British team of ghostbusters called the Soul Reapers visited the abandoned Wentworth Manor in Yorkshire. It is not the first time that lovers of the paranormal have visited this gloomy house in the hope of photographing ghosts or witnessing poltergeist phenomena.
This time, the enthusiasts' camera caught something that they call the "spirit of the child." In the video, you can see how something translucent moves at the end of the corridor. It passes by, lingering for a couple of seconds, as if looking at those who shoot it.
The team managed to stay inside the huge mansion for only a couple of minutes before the camera "caught" the ghost. But at that moment no one saw the translucent silhouette, not even the operator himself; it was examined later, when the footage was being taken apart.
The research team is confident that this is the ghost of a child because the ghost is short.
“We heard about seeing ghosts there and were told that it was dangerous to go there,” says one of the team members. “As we now see, there are indeed ghosts there.”
The Wentworth Manor was built in the mid-17th century. Heading there last month, the team brought with them five cameras, motion sensors and audio recording devices. One of their cameras was caught by the "spirit of a child", and the other caught a deep growling sound that was heard when the operator entered the other room (video with him not shown).
