Six years ago, the father of 55-year-old Florida resident Debbie Fleming was placed in a cryogenic capsule after his death and frozen.
Now Debbie wants her body to be frozen, too, along with the body of her beloved dog, to be resurrected in the future with her father.
Since 2013, Debbie's father's body has been stored in a special cryogenic tank with liquid nitrogen at a temperature of -321 degrees Fahrenheit.
The cost of such a freeze is about 28 thousand dollars for a person and 6 thousand dollars for a dog.
John Bull, Debbie's father, during his lifetime was very passionate about the ideas of cryonics and constantly talked about it. He was fascinated by the very idea of freezing corpses in order to revive them in some way in a technically advanced future. He contracted it after receiving a leaflet about cryonics on the street and then watching a lot of science fiction films about it.
According to Debbie, she really believes that this will someday be possible, and that her father said before he died, "If I wake up, I would like to see the ones I love next," so she does not want him to be alone.
Debbie wants her, like her father, to be frozen when her time comes and she dies. Her father John passed away after a complex bowel surgery.

John's wife, Debbie's mother, was against such ideas and ordered to bury herself in the usual way.
Nevertheless, Debbie is sure that someday she will wake up in the future and her father and her beloved dog Sherri will be next to her.
There are only three major projects in the world for cryogenic freezing of bodies, two in the United States and one in Russia. The largest is located in Michigan, near Detroit, and now houses 173 human bodies and 167 animal bodies. There is also the body of Debbie's father.
Once a year, Debbie visits the vault and "visits" his father's body.
