This photograph with a description was sent to the American ufological site MUFON. The picture was taken on August 4, 2017, but it was reported only the other day.
“My family and I were in Washington that day for a tour of the White House. We went to the Lincoln Memorial and I climbed to the very top of the steps. From there an amazing view, the whole center at a glance. So I decided to take some photo-garments. It was about 11 am and when I photographed the Washington Monument (169 meters high obelisk), I took three pictures in a row at once.
At that moment I did not notice anything strange, but that evening, when I returned home and looked at the photographs taken during the day, I noticed something unusual in one picture. It was a dark UFO disk, visually located almost on the same level with the top of the monument.
Surprisingly, I took three shots in a row, seconds apart, but this dark disc-shaped object in the sky was in only one shot. With what great speed did he rush? I also wondered what size it was, but it seems large enough to me otherwise I would not have seen it at all.
At first I thought it was some kind of private jet or drone, but then I remembered that this area above the Lincoln monument and the monument, as well as above the White House, is a no-fly zone. There shouldn't have been anything in the sky here except birds. So I don't know what it was. I would have reported this picture earlier, but I doubted for a long time."
This is not the first UFO disk seen over the Washington Monument. Previously, a similar UFO was seen during the inauguration of President Barack Obama in 2009. Then the disc got directly on the video, which was filmed by the CNN channel, flying at extremely high speed over the assembled audience.
