Some Christians are extremely negative about the celebration of Halloween and consider it wrong to participate in this whole act of "honoring evil." Every year, thousands of believers turn to pastors and priests, expressing their understandable concerns about this matter. However, not knowing the background of the holiday, in reality they are greatly mistaken.
Christians see the devil as the worst enemy and the personification of evil. Therefore, for many of them the idea of trying on his image or the image of one of his henchmen seems to be sheer madness and blasphemy. But, in fact, everything is exactly the opposite. At the time when people began to celebrate Halloween, the holiday was called "All Saints' Eve" and there was a belief that it was on this day, or rather, night, the line between our world and the other world becomes so thin that all sorts of evil spirits can penetrate the world living and managing it without hindrance.
