Scientists have been trying to find out who is to blame for the tragedy for more than a decade, but they could not come to unambiguous conclusions. There is a version that the ship itself was made of poor quality steel, someone believes that the man at the helm panicked at the sight of the iceberg and turned in the wrong direction, and someone is sure that the name is to blame for everything - “Titanic”, Which has a destructive effect.

Catastrophe

On the morning of April 15, 1912, the British cruise ship Titanic sank in the waters of the North Atlantic. He was heading from Southampton to New York, but during the trip collided with an iceberg and was wrecked. As a result of the tragic event, over one and a half thousand people died.

Many have long disputed the official version. Some argue that the elite ocean liner was a key link in the insurance scam or scheme. Although such a conspiracy may be far from the truth, you can find the truth in the idea itself.

In 2011, a documentary film titled "Titanic Arrogance" was presented to the world. The following facts were presented in the film:

  • A year before the Titanic set off on the voyage, the British shipbuilding company White Star lost another elite class liner. Accordingly, the company was at a loss.
  • The fact that a miners' strike was taking place in Britain at that time added fuel to the fire. To send the Titanic sailing, it was necessary to leave such liners as Oceanic and New York without coal.
  • Before use, the coal had to undergo double processing, but since it was a laborious process, and there were massive strikes in the country, it was simply loaded into the sixth bunker of the liner and sent the Titanic on the road.
  • In this confusion, only a few knew that the coal at the bottom of bunker number six burned throughout the entire journey.

Damaged long before

Researchers believe that the fire may have weakened the ship's hull before it crashed into the iceberg. The journalist Senan Moloney, who has studied the tragedy of the Titanic for over 30 years, has also researched photographs taken by the ship's electrical engineers for a long time. Moloney claims they clearly show a black mark more than 9 meters long on the forward right side of the ship. This is exactly the place where, according to eyewitnesses, the iceberg hit.

Speaking in 2017, Moloney confirmed his assumptions once again, he said that the ship's hull itself was damaged long before it left port.

After a while, experts confirmed that the dark spots that Moloney saw in the photographs were caused by a fire that began in one of the fuel storage facilities.

Mystery is more important than life

It was only a few years ago that it was reported that officers on board were following strict instructions from Joseph Bruce Ismay, president of the company that built the Titanic. They were not supposed to talk about the fire to any of the passengers or staff. Moloney also claims that the ship was sent off the dock earlier than scheduled so that passengers and accompanying people could not see the damage resulting from the ongoing fire.

“Titanic” is not just a tragic story about a collision with an iceberg, but a fatal set of circumstances, when fire, ice and criminal negligence came together in one place.
