But the resource base is shrinking, and now the lower and middle levels of bureaucracy will be thrown overboard. Well, that's what they want. It would be nice if they were also deprived of their pensions. What next? And then, in the very elite, a struggle for a resource, or rather an empty feeding trough, will begin. And the more empty it is, the more fierce the war of all oligarchic clans and Kremlin towers with each other will be. And 2024 is exactly the year of the presidential elections.
