Egyptian pyramids, Nazca Valley, Stonehenge - these mysterious places attract hundreds of thousands of travelers, lovers of the mysterious and the unusual. A less famous, but equally unusual place is located on the territory of Kazakhstan - the Ustyurt plateau.
The secret of this very mysterious place has not been revealed to this day.
One of the versions suggests that this is nothing more than a cosmodrome built many centuries ago.
So far, scientists are not able to refute this version, and they have a lot of questions about this place. An incomprehensible glow in the sky, mirages that appear periodically are observed even now.
A completely unique complex of stone, built by mysterious builders, conceals many mysteries, but the main one is the “arrows of Ustyurt”. Scientists have not seen such structures anywhere else on the planet. The arrows are stone structures about a meter high, about 500 meters wide and up to a kilometer long. The direction of all arrows is the same - northeast. This whole series of arrows stretches for over a hundred kilometers. But the most interesting thing is that these arrows can only be seen from a great height. Arrows were discovered during aerial photography at the end of the twentieth century. That is, neither the person standing on the ground nor the rider was able to see this system of arrows.
Archaeologists found out that the complex was built by mysterious builders long before the appearance of human settlements in these places. During excavations, the remains of ancient marine life were discovered here, which suggests that millions of years ago there was a sea here. Then the water left and exactly in the direction in which the mysterious arrows point. But the question is - to whom do they show this direction, if they can only be seen from a bird's eye view?
Not far from the arrows there are many small pyramids of stone, very similar to the Egyptian pyramids. But that's not all. There are also figures of huge animals made of stone, similar to giant turtles, which are directed in the same direction as the arrows.

Disputes about who and why built this complex do not subside to this day. And I must say that the adherents of the extraterrestrial version have enough logical conclusions that earthly science cannot yet refute.
