The Bermuda Triangle is considered an anomalous place where equipment breaks down and sometimes planes and ships disappear, but this is difficult to explain from the point of view of science. However, scientists often attribute the disappearance to the failure of navigation equipment, as a result of which the planes allegedly fall into the water, so their remains cannot be found. Doesn't sound very believable, right?

But in addition to the Bermuda Triangle itself, there are other anomalous zones and places on Earth where similar events occur. Several decades ago, there was a mysterious case of the disappearance of an airplane, the remains of which have not been found to this day. The L-1049 aircraft flew en route to the Philippine Islands, and the departure took place from the Mariana Islands, and there were more than a hundred people on board who were never destined to reach their destination. It is known that the aircraft landed in Guam, and there were mostly military on board. At that time, there was an American military base on the island of Guam.

The alleged witnesses were interviewed and it was reported that it was possible to interview the crew of the ship, who allegedly saw that the plane caught fire as a result of an unknown beam hitting it from an unknown object, after which an explosion occurred.

The captain of the tanker decided to explore the area nearby, but the crew was never able to find at least some remains. Perhaps there is no mysticism in this story, and the story of the people from the tanker is an exaggeration, but maybe there was some UFO after all?
