The usual trip to the beach turned out to be a very strange find for a British family. A husband and wife discovered the remains of a monster on the seashore, which puzzled biologists.

Lisa Worthington, 42, stumbled upon the creature while walking with her husband and two children on a beach in the UK. The family decided to take the skeletal remains 60 centimeters long to show them to their 10-year-old son Tyler.

“It was really pretty weird. We were just walking along the beach when we came across these remains,”says housewife Lisa, who lives near Bristol.

The woman says she has already listened to a number of fantastic ideas about who owns the remains. One of her acquaintances suggested that the bones found by the family belonged to a lama. Lisa herself believes that on the beach they found a skeleton of a fish or another inhabitant of the depths, however, she admits that the skeleton is not particularly similar to those fish that she has ever seen.

The woman said that her son was delighted when he saw the unusual creature. The boy immediately announced that he intended to take the skeleton to school to tell the class about his parents' amazing find. Lisa admits that she has never seen anything more strange.

Upon returning home, the family immediately posted photos of their findings on the Facebook social network, where users rushed to share their versions of which creature the mysterious remains belonged to. Some of them suggested that it was a lizard or a swan, while others argued that the remains belonged to a large fish or stingray.

Marine biologist Steve Simpson admitted that he also had never seen anything like it before. Other deep-sea experts believe that this is most likely the remains of a sea fox (a type of stingray).
