In Primorye, the most mysterious mountain is Pidan, created by God from the stones of the world. Only priests had the right to ascend to the top of the place of power, guarded by winged spirits, but for the rest of the people it was closed and is still an anomalous place.
Modern maps call it Livadia Mountain, and it also became the highest point in the region. Under it is an underground lake, the water of which can heal any ailments and relieve fatigue, but no one risks getting here, preferring to take a bath in the rivers. Also, ancient megaliths and dolmens rise here, reaching three meters in height, and further tourists see the ruins of the wall that protected the sacred corner from strangers. Along it there are 5-meter stones that resemble analogs of Easter Island, but now they are completely preserved, only the Devil's Finger. Local residents tell how in ancient times soldiers stood near them, and these statues began to glow and sound when the enemy approached. Then the defenders destroyed the brave souls who dared to take possession of the magic crystal used for rituals. He made the country of Bohai invincible, but when the talisman disappeared, the territory was destroyed by the enemy.
The legends are backed up by real stories that happened already in our time, when many tourists saw a strange flying creature resembling a mixture of a man with a bat. In the late 1960s, the media reported an incident with a hunter, told by his son. The man was found in the taiga by other residents, but he was severely wounded, and his clothes were torn to shreds. Local doctors could not heal severe injuries, so they had to send him to the city for an operation. As a result, the person could no longer move his hand and was left without an eye, after which he never went into the forest, experiencing severe horror. He then stayed on the hunt and decided to hide in a cave on the mountain to wait out the bad weather. A narrow passage led the hunter into a corridor leading to a large underground hall, but further the dim light of the lantern did not allow him to be seen due to the darkness.
The man gathered branches for the fire, leaving things inside, and when he lit the fire, he decided to make another supply. Returning back, he noticed that someone was moving in the corner, after which a terrible monster with a cry pounced on its victim. The injured person managed to make out the huge wings and head of a man without hair, covered with down, where, apart from large eyes, there was no mouth and nose. The hunter did not have time to look at the monster, and it itself was frightened by the flame and decided to get out of its lair, after which, with a howl, it seized the intruder's face with its claws. The man fell to the ground, and the monster flew out, but after treating the wounds, he was unable to stop the blood. Until the morning, the witness of the event was afraid to leave this place, sitting near the fire with a gun, and then a new noise made him shoot at a creature returning home. The wounded individual ran away with a wild cry, and then, due to stress and severe injuries, he could not go out to people. Later, scientists investigated the cave, but did not find a mysterious inhabitant.
In addition to him, there are other winged creatures on Pidan, one of which is a woman in white clothes flying near the foot. It does not harm people, but makes eerie sounds when tourists approach again. Locals consider her to be a guardian ghost, but psychics and persons with unusual abilities often feel the invisible presence of a phantom near tents at night, when, in addition to rustling, he tries to enter. A winged man with a bluish body and a flat face without teeth has also been seen repeatedly. Dark wings have replaced limbs, and the creature also loves to watch guests in the bushes, without making any attempts to make contact. They managed to capture it on camera, and then shocked people saw in the photo a huge bat with a human head. Skeptics may consider such stories a fairy tale, however,in the 90s, an American company made a film about an abnormal mountain, showing it to the inhabitants of the country. Then they saw in the frame the figure of such a monster flying in front of the camera operator.

The anomaly of the mountain and the enormous energy attracts many travelers here who want to personally experience the invisible influence of the place of power on themselves. After climbing, many people begin to experience aggression, throwing out negative emotions on their colleagues, after which mass quarrels give way to despair. Having reached the top, the guests suddenly start laughing and crying with happiness, as here their hearts are overwhelmed with positive emotions. Then the outbursts give way to relief, as if a heavy burden had fallen from the soul, which is identical to spiritual cleansing. There were cases when the shrine refused to let some people lose their last strength during the campaign, although the route is not difficult. Before such an event, it is necessary to prepare gifts for the mountain spirits in advance so that they can allow them to take a stone or a branch of a plant with them. After returning home, many tourists saw prophetic dreams and found solutions to the most difficult problems.
