Strange encounters
Meetings with dead people can happen not only in a dream. There are many stories proving that the souls of the dead are alive in their earthly form. Moreover, the dead often try to let those who stayed know about upcoming unpleasant events or complain about something that bothered them in earthly life.
When this story happened, Alexander was still a teenager, but he remembered it very well. Every summer he came to the village to see his grandparents. The teenagers walked all night and returned home only in the morning. In the village, everyone knows each other, so no one was worried about the late walks of the guys.
Once, says Alexander, in the morning he was returning from a regular meeting with friends. His path ran past the house of an old woman. Taisia lived alone for a long time, her relatives left for the city, and the woman whiled away her life alone. Passing her house, the teenager saw that despite the early hour, the grandmother was sitting on a bench near the gate. Sasha greeted her and asked why she could not sleep so early. The woman smiled and replied that she did not want to sleep for a long time, she sits and waits. The boy was surprised: he said that she was still quite alive, and it was too early to bury herself! Grandma just laughed and replied that he might at least tell someone that it was time to bury her, otherwise she was tired of waiting. Everyone does not take her to the cemetery. The teenager got a little scared. He decided that the grandma had simply gone mad to rush to the cemetery while alive. It took two days. On the third day, around lunchtime, he was awakened by loud voices in the street. The boy went out and asked his grandmother what had happened and why the villagers were talking so loudly. Grandmother, wiping away her tears, told him that their neighbor Taisiya had died a few days ago. And no one knew about it. She lay at home for three days until the postman found her, who brought her a pension. The old woman, it turns out, died quietly, but no one noticed. For some reason, everyone decided that she went to the city to visit her relatives. Sasha was simply numb. He recalled a strange meeting a few days ago, which took place in the morning. He saw Taisia alive, but she talked about her funeral. This means that by this time she had already died, and asked him to inform the villagers about his death. But the teenager forgot about the strange conversation, and remembered about it only when everyone already knew.
The boy felt uneasy. He told about what happened to his grandmother. She was very upset. She, of course, did not scold her grandson for his carelessness, but still he was unpleasant. Alexander grew up, but did not forget the strange meeting. She forever remained in his memory. Since then, the young man began to think that in fact, not everything can be so simply explained in this life. And you need to pay attention to incomprehensible and mysterious things, and not brush them off. He began to wonder if there were such stories in the lives of his friends and acquaintances, if anyone besides him had met dead people in reality. It turned out that there are a lot of such stories. Sergei has not been in his hometown for a long time. The town was small, so the man decided to walk from the station to his father's house on foot. See how the streets have changed and get some fresh air. Suddenly Sergey saw his old friend. In their youth, they often talked, but then their paths parted. He called out to his former friend. A friendly conversation ensued. The men almost reached Sergei's house, when suddenly his acquaintance began to hastily say goodbye. The friend refused all offers to go into the house and sit at the table regarding the meeting and referred to the lack of time. Sergei did not insist.

They were already waiting for him at home. During conversations with family, the evening passed unnoticed, and Sergei even forgot about meeting his friend. But then the conversation at the table turned to his former acquaintances. Sergey remembered the meeting and told his parents about it. A tense silence reigned in the room. The family silently looked at each other. Sergei was surprised and asked what was the matter. The parents were silent, and then answered that Andrei, that was the name of his friend, had died. Marina's relationship with her father has always been difficult. She could not forgive him that in childhood he was very strict with her, and in his youth he forbade many things. Mother was always on the side of her father, considered his methods of upbringing to be correct and never stood up for her daughter. Marina tried to communicate with her old people as little as possible. She had her own family and her own life. Mother and father died almost simultaneously. Marina and her husband decided to move to her parents' apartment and rent out her husband's apartment. From the first day of the move, Marina began to suffer from nightmares. The woman decided that it was all from overwork at work and began to take sleeping pills. The nightmares in a dream stopped, but they began to manifest in reality. The woman was often visited by her father and mother. They reproached their daughter for actually leaving them. She rarely came, moved away from them, lived her own life, and now she settled in their apartment. Something was constantly breaking and beating in the house. Once, when the owners were not at home, someone turned on the water taps. When Marina and her husband returned home, angry neighbors were already waiting for them, who were flooded. The husband and wife simply did not know what to do. Marina's husband suggested that in this way her parents were taking revenge on their daughter for her disobedience. Because she did not listen to them, she left home,got married and decided to live her life. The woman had to confess to her husband that she often sees spirits in the apartment. That the father and mother come to her. But she does not know what to do and how to get rid of this obsession.
