Count Dracula (or Vlad Tepes)
This classic character is, however, quite historical. Vlad Tepes was the ruler of Wallachia. The talented military strategist became famous for his bloodsucker because of his cruelty. He did not drink blood, but he planted on a stake endlessly. Vlad was born in 1431 and as a child was taken to the court of the Turkish Sultan, the hostage watched people being tortured in Turkey, as a result, the child's psyche could not stand it. The young man was released at the age of 17, returning home, he soon became the ruler of Wallachia. Count Dracula was a sophisticated executioner, the colas, on which he thrust his enemies, were not deliberately made too sharp to prolong the agony of the executed.
Count Vargoshi
The Count, who lived in Central Europe in the 18th century, was a sadist with sophisticated sexual tendencies. He brutally killed about a thousand girls. During one of the orgies, he committed suicide. And the legends about the vampire count appeared after his death. Allegedly, 40 days after his suicide, mysterious murders took place. In the courtyard of the local church, seven corpses of women with bites on their necks were found. Church crosses were also knocked down and bent. The count was cursed. His corpse was wrapped in silver chains, and his coffin was an oak barrel, into which boiling resin was poured. The barrel was thrown into a deep well, but according to legend, the count was still resurrected. And first of all, he killed the priest, strangling him with a chain that was wrapped around his body.

Dr. Heinrich Spatz
The doctor from the city of Würzburg went down in history thanks to his strange hobby. The man who allegedly was sick for the health of the townspeople and did charity work turned out to be a real monster. A respected man killed homeless people to drink their blood, and his wife helped him. The first victim was a one-armed soldier who was being treated in a hospital for the poor. The police later found a burial in the surgeon's house with 18 dismembered corpses. At the same time, Dr. Spatz disappeared without a trace.
Countess Bathory
Her vampiric nature is questioned, but it is known that the Countess indulged in her leisure time by killing innocent girls and bathing in their blood, supposedly such baths have a rejuvenating effect.
James brown
The Portuguese James Brown, who was a cook on the ship, is also considered a vampire. In 1866, the captain of the ship discovered a young man in the hold, he was drinking blood from the corpse of a sailor. The vampire was captured and taken to Boston. James Brown was charged with double murder. Brown, however, managed to drink blood even from inmates in prison. As a result, the man was placed in a psychiatric hospital. There he died, since he could no longer drink blood.
