One of the sacred objects in Vedic Russia was the North Russian spinning wheel, decorated with a trihedral-notched ornament. As the Russian ethnologist, candidate of historical sciences S. Zharnikova has repeatedly noted, at the esoteric level she symbolizes the masculine principle participating in the process of spinning a thread - an analogue of life, fate, thought, offspring.
Also, the North Russian spinning wheels were considered the embodiment of the Tree of Life, carrying in its branches Eternal Time, divided into past, present and future. In the Old Russian tradition, spinning wheels were also used as grave monuments connecting the world of the living and the world of the dead, ancestors and descendants.
And it is not at all by chance that in her wonderful book "The Golden Thread" S. Zharnikova wrote the following about the North Russian spinning wheel:
Thus, not only the shape of the spinning wheel itself, but also the ancient Russian pattern applied to it had its own sacred esoteric meaning, which has its roots in a culture that came from the legendary Arctic ancestral home of all people of the white race - Arctida-Hyperborea. And it was in this northern tradition that such esoteric concepts as the Axis of the World and the Tree of Life first appeared as symbols of the multidimensional Universe in ancient cosmology.
