Report at the 10th Anniversary Conference "Ufology and Bioenergy Informatics".
The level of development of ufology as a scientific direction of the XXI century allows us to give an affirmative answer to the question of coexistence on Earth along with a man of the Other Mind (IR). One of the manifestations of IR can be considered the UFO phenomenon. The expansion of the human habitat through evolution and the development of technogenic capabilities is accompanied not only by the expansion of its information field, but also requires an adjustment of the scientific paradigm. At present, a fairly rich experience has been accumulated in the study of the energetic features of UFO manifestations. The figures of the Nazca Desert (Peru) and circles in cereal fields can be considered as examples of the energy impact of UFOs on the ground. By the example of two phenomena, it is shown that the development of human civilization is accompanied by constant contact with the Other Mind, the manifestation of which has an informational component.
The phenomenon of the Peruvian Nazca desert is a complex of gigantic ground figures: about 13 thousand lines, 100 spirals, over 700 ray-shaped geometric areas (geoglyphs). Among them are scattered about three dozen drawings, mostly birds. In addition, some lines extend radially from points called "centers". They are dated by the method of radiocarbon analysis 525 AD.
The author put forward (back in 1984) a hypothesis, according to which the Nazcan geoglyphs are a kind of "traces" of the Mind unknown to us1-4. Similar figures are found in the Andes at a length of 1500 km, they do not change their straightness on rough terrain. In the author's opinion, these figures could have been executed by an energy flow of unknown nature directed from the air (Fig. 1). The features of the figures confirm this hypothesis.

There is not a single pattern with a closed contour on the plateau, but zigzags and spirals are scattered everywhere, and many contours are indicated by the complex movement of the "drawing ray" - oscillatory, rotational and translational. Ufologists know that these are typical UFO maneuvers. Features of geometric shapes, mathematical logic of drawings, scanning the desert soil with zigzags - all this supports the hypothesis. Furthermore. analysis of "traces" reveals such characteristics of hypothetical energy as a flat controlled flow front and an adjustable source aperture. A frequently encountered "whip-like figure" in the form of a thin line emerging from the top is associated with the process of extinguishing energy to obtain a thin beam. In the framework of the hypothesis, this energy is capable of scattering pebbles aside and even changing the chemical composition on its surface. These effects are consistent with the known properties of UFO "anomalous beams". According to the American ufologist McCampbell, a force zone is formed under the UFO. The impact of the energy of this zone leads to curling of grasses, tops of trees, it is capable of lifting and throwing, while turning over cars, raw wood, and the human body. Common to objects exposed to this effect is their own electrical conductivity. Thus, the Nazcan geoglyphs have much in common with the manifestations of the energy impact of UFOs. Moreover, in aerial photographs, the contours of the figures made on a complex relief have the correct configuration, which indicates that they were photographed from the same position as projected. The asymmetry of the patterns demonstrates the distortion that occurs when projected at an angle to the surface. Thus, the computer processing of drawings (in particular, a spider) confirmed that the distortions are of a three-dimensional nature, i.e. that they were projected from the air.
The way of performing figurative figures, and the layout of lines and "centers" on the surface of the plateau are subject to mathematical logic. So the beauty and harmony of the drawings is explained by the fact that, as Maria Reiche established, all curves with each other and with straight lines are ideally conjugated, that is, they are executed according to strict mathematical laws. The envelopes of sinusoidal elements, which are very often used in images, also obey mathematical laws. “Life in the hell of frozen mathematics” - this is the impression that astronomer J. Hawkins left after his expedition to the desert.
The phenomenon of the formation of circles in the grain fields of England has been observed since 1678. to the present day. Circular formations used to be called "witch circles". They usually appeared overnight and struck with their ideal shape, clear boundaries and the way the cereals were laid. Usually the plants are arranged clockwise, spikelet to spikelet, and even with interlacing. The unique features of true grain circles make it possible to exclude attempts to falsify the phenomenon. Our technique is not able to reproduce the characteristics of the nature of mechanical and biological changes in plants. In true circles, the usually tough stems of cereals seem to soften and bend 90º without breaking. The nodes of the stems are swollen, and an electric charge is fixed on the surface of the plants. The bent cereals continue to grow parallel to the ground, but never mature,sometimes acquire an even brighter color by autumn. Failures in the operation of electronic equipment were registered inside the circles, which indicates a residual (induced) electric (?) Field. In the flight over them, birds go astray and there have even been cases of aircraft engine failure.

In recent years, there has been a tendency for a sharp increase in the number of grain circles (almost exponentially). At the same time, their structure becomes more complex: simple circles have been replaced by the most complex geometric compositions (Fig. 3) - pictograms, which indicates their artificial origin. The appearance of figures is often recorded as a response to a person's attempt to create something similar. In this case, the configurations of the figures obey complex mathematical laws. A number of figures represent symbols of fractal geometry - the Maldelbrot set. Astronomers, biologists, mathematicians recognize in grain pictograms the display of certain scientific data: astronomical information about the moons of Jupiter, a diagram of the DNA double helix, formulas of modern mathematics, etc. Some of the grain figures are esoteric in nature,resemble the symbols of the mystical schools. One gets the impression that they can turn out to be a kind of clues that only professional teaching can understand.

Of all the hypotheses put forward, the most substantiated is the hypothesis about the method of making figures by means of the impact of the "force rays" of the UFO, which was confirmed by a number of testimonies and video filming of 1996.
Once again, let's look at crop circles, especially the two special crop circles that are currently crowning the evolution of this phenomenon. These figures are a kind of messages because they contain coded information.
The first message was discovered on August 14, 2001, in a field about 5 miles from the Chilbolton Observatory. The image called the "face" was 55 m long and 49 m wide. The image is formed by points (pixels), which are located at the nodes of a regular grid, and the brightness scale, let's say, was formed by the size of pixels. Being on the ground inside or next to a figure, it is impossible to see it as a whole, much less to imagine its image.
Not far from the "face" a few days later, a message was discovered, also executed in small squares (pixels). Its size is approximately 66 x 28 m. In this image, the British researchers immediately identified a coded message (in binary code, sent from Earth into deep space on November 16, 1974 from the US Radio Astronomy Observatory (Arecibo, Puerto Rico).
Comparison of terrestrial and terrestrial messages gave the following:
- the spiral of their DNA molecule is uneven and contains additional components. This can be if the DNA molecule has a different number of nucleotide strands (compared to a person);
- the lower parts of the messages are significantly different: instead of a human figure on the field there is a so-called "gray man", which in comparison with a human has a large head and huge bulging eyes, a short puny body;
- on the earthly message, under a number of numbers from 1 to 10, the atomic numbers of the elements are indicated: phosphorus, oxygen, nitrogen, carbon and hydrogen. In the field image, silicon is inserted between oxygen and phosphorus. Some researchers believe that life forms are possible, not based on carbon, as terrestrial, but on silicon;
- in the earthly message on the diagram of the solar system, the third planet - the Earth - is lifted to the feet of a person. In the image on the field in a similar planetary system (and maybe in our solar system), the third, fourth and fifth are raised. Moreover, the fifth is highlighted among the rest - it is depicted by more than one point. Like the rest, but with a cross.
Exactly one year later, on August 14, 2002, a second message also appeared 5 miles east of the Chilbolton Observatory (at a distance of 100 m there is a radio mast). Dimensions - about 110 m long and 76 m wide. Here the image is created by horizontal lines with modulated width to form a "grayscale". This is reminiscent of the “interlaced scan” used in modern television.

A circle-shaped pictogram that closely resembles a CD with binary code and start and end markers. The information on the circle is represented by 8-bit segments. The information is read in a spiral from the center to the edge and is a set of characters made according to ASCII (American Standard Code for Information Interchange) - the international (American) standard code for information interchange). The decryption result is as follows:
“Beware the bearers of FALSE gifts & their BROKEN PROMISES. Much PAIN but still time. EELRIJUE. There is GOOD out there. We OPpose DECEPTION. Conduit CLOSING [bell sound]"
Translated into Russian:
“Beware of the Danes who bring gifts” or “Beware of the givers of false gifts and their empty promises. Much pain has been delivered, but still EELRIJUE time. There is a GOOD one. We resist deception. Channel closed [call]"
The experience of ufology testifies that in places of manifestation of the UFO phenomenon under the influence of energy "rays", as well as on the surface of grain circles, changes in structures occur in biological tissues. Research by a group of Kiev biologists led by T. P. Reshetnikova demonstrated changes in the composition of chemical elements in biological objects: a significant decrease in heavy metals (iron, calcium, zinc, manganese) and, at the same time, a sharp increase in light metals (potassium, lithium). That is, the transmutation of elements, denied by modern science, occurs!
In the Nazcan terrestrial figures, the color of the stones depends on the content of manganese and iron oxides. The visibility of the contours of the figures when superimposed cannot be explained only by the removal of stones from the sandy surface, but the hypothesis of energy impact also finds its confirmation in this.
In both phenomena, the features of the energy impact on the soil and vegetation are identical to the action of the "anomalous light" rays of a UFO, the nature of which is unknown. It seems possible to assume that this is a hypothetical gravitational radiation. Numerous observations indicate the ability of UFOs to neutralize or control the forces of gravity. The features of the trajectories of movement allow us to call UFOs inertialess bodies. The interaction of a UFO with a person is manifested at the level of paranormal effects. The nature of paranormal phenomena is explained by the presence of a special physical field in a person, "biogravity" (A. P. Dubrov's term). This field got its name due to the correlation of a number of its properties with gravitational interaction. Analysis of the interaction of UFOs with inanimate nature and humans allows, in my opinion, to make an assumption,that the nature of gravity and biogravity is the same, only manifests itself at different, macro and micro levels.
The strict mathematical logic in the construction of Nazca drawings, in the arrangement of lines and centers on the plateau, as well as the formation of ideal geometric symbols on cereal fields indicate that these ground figures of both phenomena are informative.
The information on the Nazca plateau is most likely contained in the spatial arrangement of the 12 centers and their interrelationships (Fig. 5). The system of parallel lines ("coordinate"), the intervals between which correspond to the arithmetic progression 4: 5: 6: 7: 8, allowed the centers to be numbered. The author has put forward a hypothesis that the centers on the coordinate lines can be identified with the planets of the Solar System (respectively, the distance from the Sun): 3 - Earth, 4 - Mars, 5 - hypothetical Phaeton, 6 - Jupiter, 7 - Saturn, 8 - Uranus. Five pairs of lines connecting the centers are parallel to each other. They form two geometric shapes: a hexagon and a parallelogram close to a rhombus. Inside both figures, on the diagonal of the "rhombus", there is the third center, near which on the side of the mountain there is, as it were, a single humanoid figure ("owl-man") carved into the ground. Which confirms the correctness of the line of reasoning. Then the general diagram demonstrates the spatial relationship of our planetary system with some other, unknown to us.

The diagonal of the "rhombus" is about 21 km. The axis of rotation of the entire structure passes through the 3rd center (planet Earth).
If you isolate these polygons from many lines, the composition becomes even more impressive. The three-dimensional image is visible. This is due to the fact that the small diagonal of the "rhombus" is broken, and the large one is represented by straight lines (its length is about 21 kilometers!). Therefore, the rhombic figure already looks like a pyramid with a base close to a rhombus. A hexagon is a three-dimensional image of a parallelepiped, but due to the mismatch of the projection axes, it looks as if twisted. One of its top "looks" upwards and is simultaneously the top of the rhombic pyramid. That is, the two systems are depicted mathematically in the form of an aggregate of two crystals with a common vertex in the center 3 (planet Earth). The axis of rotation of the entire composition also passes through this center (common vertex). But the 5th center (Phaethon) is located at the intersection of the edges and faces of these crystalline forms.
What information is contained in such a structure? Spatial connection of two worlds? Ours and parallel? Ours and the otherworldly? Ours and alien? Moreover, the Earth belongs to both! The Sun does not appear in the composition, which most likely means that both worlds belong to it, and the relationship with it in this composition does not matter. Only the connection of structures with each other is important.
The scale of the work on the one hand and the conventional secrecy on the other are the characteristic features of both phenomena that distinguish them from others. All human structures, the creation of which required large expenditures of labor, are material, weighty, and, in the final result, represent some kind of material value, economic, cult, and military. Peruvian ground figures, like crop circles, are not visible from the ground, they attract attention only when viewed from a height, from the air, i.e. at a certain stage of human development. Awareness of the informativeness of figures, the complexity of the execution technique and (especially!) The content of geometric compositions occurs gradually as our knowledge and technologies develop.
I would like to draw your attention to another fact common to phenomena. On the shown Nazca scheme, the 5th planet (in my view it is the asteroid belt or the hypothetical Phaethon) is at the intersection of two systems. In the 2001 Chilbolton message, the 5th planet is also marked with a cross. A coincidence, or rather, information for thought.
Is the information of these figures intended for humans or are the signs on Earth a kind of "footprints on the sidelines"? In the Chronicle of Peru, written in 1548, "footprints" on the ground of Nazca are called "guiding signs for wanderers." In contacts with UFOs, from time to time, the aliens call themselves the name Xeno, which in Greek means "wanderer". Who are they, these WANDERERS?
The manifestations of such phenomena over the centuries can be interpreted as an IR's ATTEMPT TO ESTABLISH CONTACT WITH HUMANITY. As a language, a universal mathematical logic is proposed, which is a reflection of universal laws in a formalized form. Studies of the presented phenomena can significantly expand our understanding of the energetic nature of UFOs, help in understanding its informative component, and also correct the scientific paradigm.
