Probably, ebb and flow are not associated with the Moon at all. These are just coincidences due to external similarities in the appearance of the moon in the firmament. It is necessary to look for another mechanism of ebb and flow.
It is known that the average speed of movement of the tidal waters of the Caspian, Baltic and Black Seas is 0.5 km / h, and the average height of the tidal wave is 5 cm. And now, it turns out that there are many meters in the Sea of Azov! Yes, the Azov Sea is a large bay in the Black Sea. But earlier this was not observed here. This means that something has changed.
My opinion about what happened in the Sea of Azov.
The wind cannot drive away water over such a large area - this is a fact. I think that he will not be able to do this even in a narrow bay. I think the mechanism works on the basis of aetheric flows (spirals) flowing into the Earth, which are responsible for gravity (amphidromic points). And these funnels can wander or increase, decrease their whirlpool amplitudes. Sometimes the hump of the wave appears in the Gulf of Finland (floods in St. Petersburg), now in the Sea of Azov, but in the form of low tides. The wind is also a consequence of these funnels, as well as cyclones and anticyclones. There can be no such stable formations without external influences.

Only a complete understanding of the interior and the structure of the Earth as a whole can shed light on this mechanism. I think that without the knowledge of ether dynamics, which about 300 scientists were engaged in before A. Einstein, there is no progress here.
I have repeatedly written my concept of gravity. In my view, this fundamental interaction is a side effect of the flow of ether, which, when it strives to the center of the Earth (where is the reactor for the synthesis of matter or a star?) - presses on everything on its surface. But in some places the flow turns into spirals, forming amphidromic points and gravitational anomalies. The gravitational interaction does not have a particle in quantum physics (it has not yet been found), in contrast to the electromagnetic, weak and strong interactions. It means that somehow we do not think so about the world and we need to start revising a lot, starting at least with a simple one - these are such paradoxical situations as the event in the Sea of Azov.
