Russian researchers have succeeded in creating vegetables and fruits that will make it easier for the human body to cope with diseases. The products have acquired such useful properties thanks to various additives.
Researchers from RUDN University shared their knowledge with the visitors of the International Conference in Sochi. First of all, an extremely important discovery is an innovative way to identify useful substances in certain products. This method has not yet been applied. And it consists in using an apparatus called a chromatograph.
This method makes it possible to study various plants and find the most useful among them even at the earliest stages of growth. Thanks to this, it is possible to select by selection the most persistent and strong representatives of the plant world, which will bring much greater benefits to the human body.
In addition, Russian researchers were able to create such plant varieties that will have a beneficial effect on human immunity. These include tea, the main ingredient of which is amaranth leaves. It is the microelements of this plant that will allow herbal tea consumers to better endure diseases and ailments.
