You create hell or heaven yourself

There is no need to weigh our sins after death. A person's thoughts, beliefs and actions are themselves judges and juries who bless him or curse him according to what he has done with his capabilities.

In the early 1950s, a wonderful book was published that sheds light on these concepts. The Boy Who Saw True is a series of diaries published posthumously that described the life of a child with supernatural powers. Like Edgar Cayce, this boy had psychic abilities since childhood, and he could not understand why other members of his family did not see the deceased grandfather, who was for this boy as a guardian angel.

This boy began to keep a diary in 1885, and he recorded in his childhood language relationships with people who were alive and who died. His notes on clairvoyant visions reflected some curious material about life after death, about disembodied beings and about the nature of the transition after death from earthly life to the life of the soul. This child consciously saw the dead and recounted what they were saying to their teacher and mentor Mr. Patmore, who, in turn, wrote down all the dialogues word for word.

In one of these dialogues, the child talked with his late grandfather, whom he asked about his grandmother, and also why they were both no longer together, as before, in earthly life:

“I asked him (my grandfather) why my grandmother doesn't come to us now. And grandfather told something about souls who live in the shell of their thoughts, like birds in eggshells, which amused us, because we thought it was funny. He told us that when my grandmother was still living on earth, she, like many others, thought that she and other people would be saved. “And now,” said the grandfather, “she lives in a world of thoughts, which she herself created and others with their false beliefs. In the house of our Father there are many abodes."

Grandmother lived in the space of thought-forms, where she and her like-minded people literally danced around the great throne. If some spirit guide or angel came to convince them to ascend to a higher level of consciousness, the grandmother and others screamed in horror, believing that the spirit that visited them was a demon or messenger from hell. She believed that only the souls in her realm were "saved" souls. The rest of the world, following this belief, can be sent to hell!

“When we asked my grandfather what was wrong with him, he replied that although he believes in God and all that, he didn’t really think about what life would be like in the other world, because, unlike his grandmother, he doesn’t waste his life by singing hymns around the imaginary throne of God … He told us that grandmother was a very stubborn woman and that she remained that way, and no matter what he tried to tell her, it could not change her until she herself was tired of all this and she didn't look for something better. Grandpa told us that it was a big mistake to have such prejudices as my late grandmother had. But not being sure what he meant, I once again asked Mr. Patmore about this, who replied that it happens that people are very stubborn about something, if they have nothing better …"

The boy and his tutor, Mr. Patmore, chronicled communication with a certain soul tied to the earthly plane. When Patmore and the child went to the old castle in Wales, the boy began to feel the presence of a spirit that stood nearby and warned Patmore about something. The following is a description of the conversation they had with this spirit, who did not understand that he was dead:

“The spirit that suddenly appeared was an old friend of Mr. Patmore's … The first thing he said was, 'Hi Patmore. How fun it is to see you here. Then Mr. P. asked who he was. And (his friend) said: “What kind of questions?” … He was very surprised that Mr. P. did not recognize him. Mr. P. was also very surprised and said that he was invited here, and that, it is not surprising that he cannot recognize him, because he does not see those who died … And now I will record everything from dictation what Mr. P. is telling me … Mr. P. says that in order to waste less time, I can write P. instead of Patmore, and K. instead of Cliff (for a disembodied friend).

K. What are you recording here?

P. I write what you say.

K. What the hell?

P. Because I want to remember what you tell us.

K. What nonsense!

P. Not at all. I'm curious. I am very glad that you came. But why are you here?

K. I like this place. And I wanted to see him again. I was the one who told you about these rooms.

P. Yes, I remember. Now tell me how you feel now?

K. I have never felt better physically before in my life, but my soul is in some confusion. Just some kind of curse …

P. Before, you were an agnostic. I think you've changed your views now?

K: Of course not. Why would I change them.

P. Because you need to know that now you live in another world.

K. I don't know any of this, and I don't believe in all this nonsense that some people tell me about. By the way, who is this boy, and why is he repeating everything I say?

P. The point is that he can see and hear you, but I cannot.

K. What are you, blind and deaf?

P. Of course not! But now you are a spirit, and I am unable to see spirits.

K. I am not a spirit. I don’t believe in any spirits and will never believe in them.

P. But, of course, you don’t think that you are still on earth? Don't you remember what happened to you?

K. I remember being terribly ill. Then I lost consciousness and after that I woke up and began to feel better than ever.

P. Yes, but what happened next?

K. Look, Patmore, I hate this interrogation, and you write everything, well, just like a policeman.

P. Sorry my dear Cliff, but I'm very curious. But you probably don’t realize that you are what we call “dead man” here, and I appreciate the fact that you feel so much better than when you were alive.

K. What do you mean here. You speak as if I am standing on a cloud, and you are below. The only thing that sometimes happens to me is that at times I begin to see and hear in a strange way.

P. Maybe you mean that we seem to you a little ghostly, and sounds are heard as if from afar?

K. Yes, to some extent.

P. This is because you are a spirit, and we still have a fleshly body.

K. I do not want to believe that I am a spirit. Spirits don't exist. When we die, it means - we are finished. You are annoying me. You annoyed me every time when we started talking about this topic, because you are moving away from reality. Science cannot be fooled. And science says that we are descended from monkeys. Enough of vain arguments. We will never convince each other. What's the use of talking about it. Goodbye.

When he disappeared, Mr. Patmore made a funny face and said that he hadn't changed in the least, and that he always was in life. He said that Mr. Cliff was picked up on the street in serious condition, taken to the hospital, where he died …"

The time it takes for a soul to rebuild from the material environment to the environment in which it finds itself after death can be different. There is no standard formula according to which some time can be considered normal and some not. Each personality adapts, receives knowledge and understanding at its own speed and within its own time frame during earthly life. Likewise, the post-death orientation process is an individual experience. For example, the deceased grandfather of a child did not have rigid attitudes and beliefs about what would happen after death. Due to his openness, he was able to quickly adapt to the environment in which he found himself after death.

But my grandmother always adhered to dogmatic beliefs about the other world, which shaped her existence (singing hymns around the imaginary “throne of God.” Because she believed that everything was so, she placed herself after death in a limited dimension of consciousness. mind and giving up her real beliefs, the grandmother could be attracted to higher dimensions. Other people, such as Cliff, a friend of Patmore, who stubbornly did not want to believe that something exists after death, are disoriented. They wander aimlessly in the spheres associated with the physical world, trying in vain to communicate with those who still live in the physical world. They are unable to understand why no one sees or hears them.

Only after they get tired and become even more frustrated will they finally give up their stubborn denial of life after death. At such a critical moment, the soul will pray for help, and its guardian souls, or angels, will be able to help it get out of the sphere tied to the earthly plane. The importance of preparing the mind and soul for death Cayce expressed in this metaphor:

“If you were going on an expedition to the Yucatan, then preparing for your trip, you would take a map with you. You would choose the right clothes. Even before the trip, you would enlighten yourself in terms of culture, climate, dangers, pitfalls to be careful, and make a plan to visit the historic cities that you would like to see. Take this approach to your most recent journey, or transition. Analyze carefully what your thoughts and desires are creating. Getting ready for this journey has its practical meaning. Thus, you will not get lost on the path to the Light."

Edgar Cayce said:

“… Each soul is a part of creation, and it builds… through the mental-physical or spiritual-mental (certain experience) for itself. And the heaven or hell of every soul must, through some experience, be what she herself created for herself …"
