In the history of paranormal phenomena, there are quite a few examples of people colliding with some supernatural force seeking to limit their freedom or control their psyche … In the old days, various mystical explanations were given for this, and modern researchers believe that in this way the essences of the subtle world, usually imperceptible to us, manifest themselves.
Terrifying clouds
One such episode dates back to April 1985. His witness returned at about 5 pm from a dacha located near Istra. He was going to go to the city by bus, but without waiting for him, he went on foot. Passing under the overpass, the man heard a loud metallic sound and rattling. At the same moment, an inexplicable horror seized him. There was not a soul around … All sounds died down, except for an incomprehensible ominous grinding. Then the sound began to go somewhere to the right … Finally the man managed to see its source. A dense white cloud with a diameter of about 30 m and a height of about 10 m was lying on the site next to the track (it was lying on the ground, not hanging in the air). Above it were the tops of firs … According to an eyewitness, the cloud seemed to be alive, it was moving. After a while, the cloud disappeared. Together with him, the terrible sound disappeared …
In September 1989, Vitaly Kosinov, a researcher of anomalous phenomena, had a chance to encounter an eerie phenomenon. Gathering nuts in the forest, he suddenly felt someone's gaze on him. There was no one around, but Vitaly was seized by a feeling of intense fear, even the hair on his head stood on end … He raised his head. A few meters from the ground hung a dark gray cloud in the form of a vertical pillar … We heard strange sounds like the flapping of bird wings and the crackling of a tree, but neither birds nor breaking branches were visible … The cloud slowly rose up and froze. Kosinov felt that he could not budge, his legs did not hold him, and he, exhausted, fell to his knees.
Somehow, he realized that the cloud wanted to take him, and mentally began to resist it. A weak electric current ran through the body, the object with a whistle jerked off the spot and flew away. Kosinov immediately returned to normal health. The most amazing thing is that he immediately completely forgot about the incident, the memory came much later, when at night it began to be covered with … that very cloud. According to the researcher, it completely enveloped him, and after a few seconds it disappeared. After that, he fell into a deep, dreamless sleep.

In his youth, the man was engaged in boxing. And now, in a moment of danger, he took a classic boxing stance and with a powerful uppercut punched in where, apparently, the alien's head was supposed to be.
A fist sank into something soft and cold to the touch. The intruder staggered back, pulled out from somewhere a diamond-shaped mesh, almost the size of a man's height, and threw it at Alexander. Tom managed to dodge. But then the net, as if alive, began to jump across the veranda, trying to overtake the man. Finally she rushed forward, passed … through Alexander and disappeared. As for the "cloud" with hands, it flew out the window and also disappeared into the air.
In the same 1989, something similar happened to 16-year-old schoolgirl Natasha from Nalchik. Near the house, a substance similar to mesh cellophane began to pursue the girl. When she touched the net, Natasha burned her fingers. She still managed to break free and run away …
Invisible walls
In the old days, people believed that fairies sometimes put invisible barriers on the way to their country so that mere mortals could not visit … And there are many real confirmations of this.
In 1935, in Mayo (England), near a hill known in the area as "Fort of the Fairies", a girl was lost. They were looking for her, but to no avail. However, she soon returned home and told about her incredible adventures. Out into the forest clearing, she felt a strange jolt from within, and then found herself surrounded by an invisible wall. The girl ran her hands along the sides of the trap and called for help. But the rescuers, who passed very close, did not notice her. Only a few hours later, the wall disappeared.
Such phenomena are often found in anomalous zones. So, near Tula, on the banks of the Upa River, there is a place where the air sometimes becomes "elastic". People disappeared there more than once.
On one of the roads of Northumberland, cars from time to time run into an invisible obstacle, and their passengers watch chronomirages - ghostly soldiers that dissolve in the air before their eyes. In the XIV century, a fierce battle took place here …

Sometimes invisible barriers protect a person from harm. Kharkiv resident Georgy I. spent his vacation in the Carpathians. One day, on his way home, a thunderstorm caught him. It remained to walk about two hundred meters to the suspension bridge across the gorge, when George suddenly felt an incomprehensible weight in his legs, as if they were tied to them by a weight. Still, he found the strength to reach the bridge and reached out to grab the wooden rail. However, instead of a railing, his fingers rested on something solid and invisible. The barrier was smooth and completely transparent, like glass. At that moment, lightning struck the bridge. The debris fell into the gorge, the “wall” that blocked George's path, and the feeling of heaviness in his legs immediately disappeared.
Late in the evening on July 6, 1993, an engineer from the city of Shakhty, Rostov Region, K. S. Vostryakov was returning from the guests. He was slightly drunk, but not so much that he was inadequately aware of what was happening.
So, a couple of blocks before the house, Vostryakov suddenly ran into an invisible barrier and hit it hard. The wall did not allow, and the engineer began to fumble around with his hands. It turned out that he was standing … inside an invisible vertical pipe about one and a half meters in diameter! The pipe went somewhere high up. It was very smooth and hard to the touch. The man began pounding against its walls with his fists. All in vain. And then … a passenger car flew out to the nearest intersection with a terrible speed. As soon as she disappeared around the bend, the invisible barrier around Vostryakov melted away. If not for her, he would inevitably be under the wheels of a car!
An amazing story happened to Svetlana Ch. From Togliatti. She and her husband and friends came to rest on the river bank for the weekend. In the evening a group of drunken guys stuck to them. The hooligans ripped open the tent, demanded to give them all the bottles of alcohol. They began to beat men and attack women.
A pockmarked bandit approached Svetlana. She held out her hand as if trying to protect herself from him. And then … The hand rested on something hard to the touch, similar to glass or transparent plastic. Apparently, the pockmarked one also hit the wall. He leaned back and with his eyes crawled out on his forehead, he flopped to the ground …
Everything worked out. The hooligans were tried and sentenced to prison. The victims remained alive and well. And only the riddle of the invisible "wall" was not solved by anyone.
Legends about the famous Shambhala say that this mysterious country is also separated from the rest of the world by a transparent energy "wall". Behind it you can see mysterious glow, hear someone's voices. But it’s not so easy to find yourself on the other side - it is given only to a select few, to those who are called “enlightened”.
You can, of course, write off all such episodes to hallucinations. But this is not an isolated case! Then who are these entities and what are they doing in our world? Specialists in anomalous phenomena believe: those who come to us "from there", we perceive in the image that is closer and more accessible to our understanding. The world is multifaceted, and entities capable of crossing the boundaries between dimensions can have many guises.
