Emily Sparks, an 83-year-old British pensioner, is confident that she is being haunted by the evil ghost of a woman named Joyce. This woman previously lived in the one-room apartment that Emily moved to seven years ago, after her death.
Due to the fact that the ghost Joyce who settled in the toilet strongly and regularly frightened the old woman, she was eventually forced to move out of this house for a while.
Emily was so scared by the pursuit of an invisible creature in the apartment that she recently tried to get rid of him by leaving the apartment for two nights at the Travelodge. But, as it turned out, the ghost followed her to the hotel and there, too, began to pester her.
At the same time, Emily says that in fact she is not afraid of the ghost and is ready to confront him.
Emily Sparks moved to this small apartment in Rietle, Essex in 2011. But the ghost began to haunt her only two years later. She later learned that a woman named Joyce had lived in this apartment before her and that she had passed away two years before Emily came here.

Especially the ghost loves to pull her hair at night. In an attempt to get rid of this, Emily began to wear a hat at night.
Emily also says that she saw the ghost of Joyce in reality, that is, in the form of a woman about 160 cm tall, wearing a tweed skirt and a mustard-colored jacket. The same ghost, according to her, had previously visited the previous tenant of this apartment, who could not stand it and moved out shortly before Emily moved here.
According to Emily, the ghost bothered the previous tenant by turning on the TV whenever it wanted, and also dabbling in the switches, sometimes arranging a real death in the apartment. But when Emily arrived, Joyce began to torture her physically.
Then the ghost began to regularly flood the toilet, often flushing the water from the tank. After that, Emily began to close the toilet door at night, tying the rope around the handle.
Then Emily's patience ran out and she invited the priest to cleanse the apartment of the evil spirit.
