Shocked residents of one of the villages in Kazakhstan poured out onto the street on November 8, 2016, watching an unusual ring slowly floating across the sky (see video below).
The clear contours of a thick oval dark ring were gradually covered with a translucent gray haze, and became translucent. Eventually, the ring became very thin and almost invisible. A white cloud formed in its place.
The unusual occurrence aroused great interest among eyewitnesses and seemed to distract attention from the main participant in the event.
In the first seconds of the video, a gray disc-shaped UFO is visible under the dark ring. It is possible that it was he who caused the appearance of such an unusual oval formation.
The exact same black oval ring with a diameter of about 20 meters was observed in 1957 over the American military base Fort Belvoir in Virginia. In the same way, it disappeared in front of eyewitnesses and surrounded itself with a white cloud.
An investigation into an incident nearly 60 years ago led to the conclusion that the cloud could have formed as a result of ionization of the air around an airborne object. And this object could well be a UFO.
