A detachment of fascists frozen into the ice was found in the Elbrus region

In 2015, in the Elbrus region, black diggers selling artifacts from the Second World War discovered a whole squad of dead German soldiers. About 200 fascists frozen into the ice were discovered at an altitude of three thousand meters in Kabardino-Balkaria.

Last year, a search expedition was organized by Viktor Kotlyarov, a writer, local historian and member of the Geographical Society.

Due to bad weather conditions, it was not possible to approach the mountain directly, but in its vicinity researchers found two mysterious artifacts: a strange ring and a bag with the symbols of the secret organization of the Third Reich "Ahnenerbe". Inside the briefcase was a bizarre skull of bone.

So far, no specialist has been able to accurately identify the discovered remains.

“It is clear that this is not a man. But they can hardly belong to an animal either,”said the initiator of the expedition, Viktor Kotlyarov.

According to the researcher, the strange skeleton has two branches on its head, as if for horns. At the same time, during its lifetime, the animal had very large eyes and nose, but there is no mouth opening. According to some versions, the beast may be of alien origin.

The chest that contained the remains was decorated with runes and the emblem of the Nazi organization "Ahnenerbe", which searches for valuable artifacts around the world. Also, which was not previously seen, the suitcase was marked with the text Besondere Bekl (Bekleiderung), which translates as "special attachment".

A ring found in the same region showed the face of a soldier wearing a bergmütz (short cap) with oak leaves and an image of an edelweiss flower. This is the emblem of the mountain-jaeger units of the fascist army. Researchers believe that this ring belonged to one of the riflemen of the famous Edelweiss division who served in 1939-1941.

Today, researchers still do not have access to the soldiers frozen in the ice - last winter was snowy, the way there is difficult and dangerous.
