I first came across the idea of the Bluebeam project in 1995 in a book by Norio Nakayawa entitled UFOs - The Big Deception and the Coming of a New World Order.
Initially, the Blue Ray project was intended as an introduction to the New World Order, one world government, one army of the world, one world religion, a society without cash, and microchipped members of society who would be controlled by a central computer. The elite would not be part of this fascist system of control, but would lead it and enjoy its fruits.
In order to achieve this, as is the case with other operations to infiltrate society, fear, such as the so-called. the war on terrorism and weapons of mass destruction, something had to be invented to intimidate people, and the media would be used as the perfect tool to spread the official story.
This is a typical use of the problem-response-solution formula. Create a mock alien invasion, wait until the public is scared enough, and then propose a solution - a unified world government and army.
In the case of the Blue Ray project, there is not only a theoretical plan that can be applied in practice. There are plans to stage an alien invasion where flying saucers would be seen around the world. They would have been made using a secret technology at the expense of a black military budget, and using the technology of improved holographic images.
When the media announces that the planet is being attacked by hostile aliens, the solution will be to declare martial law, and introduce a unified world government and army to counter the threat to humanity. This idea was once voiced by President Reagan when he spoke of a cause that could unite humanity, and suggested that it could be a threat from outer space.

Another part of the Blue Ray project was the use of holography and HAARP technologies to achieve the effect of prophetic predictions. The biblical "signs and" miracles "were to be created artificially, and religious deities - Jesus, Mohammed, Krishna and Buddha - were to be made as images that people would perceive as real. The goal would be to establish one world religion, as the elites intended.
Jordan Maxwell, David Icke and other leading theorists are well aware of the Blue Ray Project, and Maxwell points out that Orson Welles' War of the Worlds was something of a trial ball. It's so easy to scare the audience.
Many ufologists are also aware of the Blue Ray project, and for them the constant media coverage of UFOs as something real, coupled with the changed tone of reporting about them, are seen as two possibilities.
Perhaps this is being done as a start to actually bringing the truth to the public, but there is also the possibility that the Blue Ray project is beginning to apply. In other words, they say, yes, ships from other worlds are flying here, and all this, along with stories of alien abductions, cattle mutilation and films like Independence Day, should terribly intimidate people. Many people believe that the kidnapping and mutilation of livestock is done not by aliens, but by humans.
