Malachi Martin, a well-known Western Irish writer, priest and exorcist, died in 1999 at the age of 78.

On January 13, 2017, the British newspaper Daily Mail released an article containing the revelations of Robert Murrow, a former CIA employee, that Malachi Martin died after being attacked by an invisible force.

The tabloid writes that Malachi Martin may have been the prototype of the priest from The Exorcist (1973).

Officially, the cause of death of the priest is considered a cerebral hemorrhage soon after falling to the floor. At this time he was in his apartment in Manhattan.

Ahead of the release of a new documentary about Martin, a former CIA agent and close friend of the priest told RTE Radio 1 reporters that he considers his death an actual murder, which was committed by an evil spirit after the priest had a meeting with a possessed 4-year-old girl.

The girl's family lived in Connecticut. When Malachi entered the house, the girl approached him and asked, "So you are Malachi Martin and you think you can help her"? Presumably, the girl spoke on behalf of someone who lived in her body.

According to Murrow, he was present at the meeting of the priest and the girl and it was "the most disturbing thing he has seen in his life."

Soon after this meeting, the priest fell to the floor in the apartment and, before his death, allegedly managed to say that he was pushed by an invisible force.
