WikiLeaks has published a new part of a package of classified documents called Vault 7, owned by the US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA).

The previous part of the CIA document package, designated as Dark Matter, was released on March 23, describing how to hack and infect Apple devices. The corporation noted in a statement that all reported vulnerabilities and security issues have been fixed.

The site employees report that the new part of the publication, designated as Marble ("Marble"), contains 676 source code files of the secret program of the same name. It is indicated that the Marble program allegedly masks fragments of the CIA malware, from which it can be understood that it is the department that is behind the creation of a virus or a hacker attack. In particular, this data is hidden from forensic experts and antivirus companies, according to the website.

It is noted that the program is used exclusively for masking data and is not the cause of the software vulnerability.

WikiLeaks released the first part of the CIA document package on March 7, it was reported that this publication would be the largest leak of confidential intelligence papers. It includes more than 8.7 thousand documents and files stored in the isolated internal network of the Cyber Intelligence Center, based at the CIA headquarters in Langley.
