In the Leningrad Region, near the village of Verkhniye Oselki, Vsevolozhsky District, a 37-year-old man who considered himself a magician ritually committed suicide. According to the regional office of the Investigative Committee, the body was found by passers-by.
The forensic examination is not over yet, but now it is safe to say that the man died from a blow to the neck with a sickle. A knife was also found with him. The fact that it was precisely a suicide is confirmed by the posture of the deceased, as well as the suicide note.
It says that a man is a wizard and he "needs to get into another world." All the clothes on the deceased were black; they found mystical paraphernalia in his pockets and bag.
The identity of the deceased has already been established. It is known that a 37-year-old man lived in the Vologda region, had no conflicts with the law before. His belonging to destructive informal organizations has not yet been established, although the investigation does not deny that he belonged to one of them.
The TFR employees will also have to find out why the man chose Verkhniye Oselki as the place of death. The ritual suicide was committed 300 meters from the village, right on the road. There are no objects in this area that could attract the attention of people interested in mysticism.
