Alexander Dorodny (Israel) - certified coach-trainer, experienced psychotherapist. With the help of coaching - a method of psychological counseling, a kind of training - he helps people who turn to him to reach the peak of their own capabilities, find harmony in the family and understand themselves, easily and with pleasure achieve their goals, ensure a decent quality of life and consciously move towards disclosure its potential.

Bad words and thoughts are the cause of troubles and illnesses

For more than twenty years of experience in psychological counseling, Alexander was convinced that not all people understand: health and success in life largely depend on the thoughts that visit us. By instilling negative thoughts in yourself, you can really destroy your career, personal life, health.

- The problem is that sometimes we are completely unaware of ourselves in our own words, - Alexander Dorodny begins our conversation. - We often say awful things as a joke: “my eyes wouldn’t see it”, “I almost had a heart attack”, “all this is in my throat” - and we unconsciously attract diseases. I know a case when a woman whose husband loved to drink, in emotional excitement, said more than once: "I don't want to see you!" And as a result … she almost completely lost her eyesight due to cataracts.

Understand that every thought about an illness, every painful image lingers in our subconscious. Experts say that bad thoughts activate certain

the part of the right hemisphere of the brain, and the good ones are of the left, and such a reaction of the body affects our immune system.

And if a person has been sick for a long time, and he, for example, has cancer?

Promotional video:

- Even with cancer with metastases, a person can be cured if he thinks correctly, if he stops believing that he is doomed.

A disease, even at first glance incurable, must first of all be accepted. Do not resist mentally. not to despair, namely to accept: I am not sick with cancer, but my body. I still have many years ahead, I have a lot to do in my life.

Our consciousness accepts this turn of thought calmly, and very often the body begins to fight cancer on its own. treatment is more successful.

Optimism is the best healer

An important role in recovery is played not only by a strong-willed attitude, but simply by a kind and optimistic mood. Several years ago, many newspapers and magazines told the story of a cancer patient from the United States, who, according to doctors, had no more than two months to live. He decided to spend the last weeks of his life in pleasant pursuits for himself and began collecting anecdotes, jokes, humoresques, watching comedies and humorous programs. According to him, he has never laughed so much in his life! Soon the "suicide bomber" was completely cured.

This incredible story once again proved to humanity what role the mood of its thoughts plays in our life. The conclusion suggests itself: smile more often, try to believe in the best, do not let the blues near you, and your condition will improve significantly.

- And even recently, doctors have been talking louder and louder about the fact that the source of the most terrible diseases, including oncological ones, is the grievances that we have accumulated over the years. Some people take offense at fate - they say, life did not turn out the way we would like. Others are on friends. not substituting a shoulder at the right moment. Still others - on lovers who have left them for others. The fourth - for children who have not lived up to expectations.

Thoughts about this are constantly spinning in my head, not giving rest. A person who is in captivity of unpleasant memories all the time conducts an internal dialogue with himself, over and over again replays different situations. figuring out what would have happened if he had acted wrong, otherwise … That is why vindictive people who cannot forgive, get sick more often and live less than people who are benevolent and optimistic!

Power of thought

It turns out that we ourselves attract all troubles, problems and ordinary troubles into our lives: while complaining about poverty, we will not get out of debt; complaining about failure in our personal life, we remain lonely; thinking about poor health, do we constantly “catch” sores and viruses?

- Many people give similar signals to their bodies. Remember how many times during the feast you exclaimed: "My stomach will not stand it!" And the more often you said the phrase, the faster the real pain sensations manifested themselves. In aggressive and hot-tempered people, bronchial asthma is often manifested (as they say - "I caught my breath from anger"); scandalous and stubborn people who love to teach everyone suffer from high blood pressure; people who are intolerant of other people's opinions and mistakes of others are victims of frequent migraines. The list goes on.

Of course, all this can be attributed to ordinary coincidences, but experts who study the work of the human subconscious have long come to the conclusion that our thoughts are a kind of magnet that attracts what we want, making it real.

Do you think that human thought is so powerful?

- Yes. A story that happened in the 1950s is an excellent illustration of the power of thought. It is described in the book of the French writer Bernard Verber "Encyclopedia of Relative and Absolute Knowledge".

An English cargo ship brought bottles of Madeira from Portugal to Scotland. One of the crew members entered the cold cargo hold to check if all the bottles were unloaded. Another sailor, not knowing anything about it, locked the door from the outside. The prisoner knocked with all his might on the door and bulkheads, called for help, but no one heard him. The ship sailed back to Portugal.

The sailor understood that he would not live long at low temperatures. He used all his energy to scratch the story of his torment with a piece of metal on the bulkheads day after day, hour after hour. How the cold chills his body … how he freezes his fingers and nose … how difficult and painful it is to breathe the icy air. Finally, the ship arrived in Lisbon. The compartment was opened and a dead sailor was found there. Then the comrades read his terrible story. But something else is striking. When the captain measured the air temperature inside the compartment, the thermometer showed … 19 degrees Celsius! The ship went back without goods, and the cooling system was turned off.

So the person died just because he thought he was cold?

- This is a great example of our internal feedback: the thought of something bad appeared - and the brain began to track the sensations in the body. There is a simple rule in nature: like attracts like. Good thoughts will attract goodness into your life, improve your mood, and there will be no trace of illness.

Be afraid of your desires - they can come true

And what to do if a person is pessimist by nature and does not believe in a change for the better?

- Imagine in a difficult situation how an optimist would act in your place - at least you will have a glimmer of hope. To free yourself from insidious thoughts, use an unusual technique: if you think about something bad, immediately stop your inner monologue and turn your attention to, say, TV, music. But mark each breakdown with a tick. At the end of the day, count them and try to reduce them day by day. It is also important to realize that you can control negative thoughts, that you yourself have generated them.

They say that sooner or later all desires come true - this is how our subconscious works …

- Yes, but only correctly formulated desires. By the way, the Universe records complaints (for example, about loneliness) exactly as desires - they are fulfilled, and we continue and continue to complain. The same can be said for our fears. It is not for nothing that they say that what happens to us is what we are most afraid of. So wish it carefully!

One of my clients really wanted a suitcase of money. He thought about it all the time, mentally imagined new crispy bills, touched them, smelled them, devoting more than one hour a day to this occupation. And even when his wife invited him to go with her and her daughter on vacation to Germany, he refused: he did not want to be distracted from his dream.

A few days later the telephone rang in the apartment and he was informed that his wife and daughter had died in a car accident. However, their lives were insured for a large amount, and soon the insurance company paid him insurance - the money barely fit in a diplomat.

That is, his thoughts attracted money to him, and he did become the owner of the coveted suitcase of money?

- Yes, the dream came true, only life without loved ones seemed meaningless to him, and he threw himself out of the window. But if, for example, he imagined himself as a business owner or a big leader with a large salary, his thoughts could attract a completely different situation. So dream, but - be careful!

Let's build a model of the future

How do you learn to think correctly?

- To change fate for the better and attract the desired benefits into your life, you need to learn how to correctly formulate your desires. Throw away, like old junk, all the old negative thoughts that you are used to living with. Review the past, draw yourself a happy future and think only positively about it. Understand that our own beliefs, painted in black tones, are the key to a gray hopeless life with a lot of problems and a lack of bright prospects.

But it's not so easy to get rid of the addiction of complaining about life …

- I agree. It's like quitting smoking: if you don't want it from the bottom of your heart, then no amount of willpower will help. Therefore, to learn to think positively. we must once and for all forbid ourselves to dull and pessimistic thoughts. And vice versa, daily to feed bright thoughts, dream, fantasize - only then your life will begin to change.

Learn to control your fantasies and speech, and the subconscious - a faithful servant - will accept any of your words and thoughts as a guide to action, will begin to build a magical new world - the one that you "ordered".
