A security camera filming the courtyard of the Hernandez family unexpectedly captured a luminous human figure waving its arms as it ran down the driveway. Here is what the mother of the family, Brenna, said on the occasion:
It was definitely a ghost, my husband and I are 100% sure of that. On the footage we received, you can clearly see how the phantom moves its arms and legs. When we saw this on our security monitor, my hair stood on end, as they say. I had never seen a ghost before, and it shocked me to the core. That evening I was no longer up to dinner, and then no time to sleep. My husband, just in case, went out into the street with a baseball bat, but found no one there.
The couple reports that the home they own has a story of its own, with a touch of mysticism, told by the former owners of the house. A few years ago, there was an old, almost collapsed building in which a single elderly man lived. Officials repeatedly asked him to move to a shelter for the elderly, but the owner refused to part with his home. Then he died, the old building was demolished and a new cottage was built on this site.
