In Saudi Arabia, more than four hundred mysterious structures have been found, which were built, according to scientists, no earlier than nine thousand years ago, and therefore they can be attributed to the earliest on Earth that have come down to us.
Strange buildings have already received a suitable name for them - "the gates of hell". The fact is that they are located in the wild province of Hayrat Khaybar next to an extinct volcano, where there is not a single vegetation - this area has remained deserted for many millennia, as if, in fact, were the threshold of Hell.
Despite the fact that the lion's share of all the buildings of the "hell gates" are clearly visible from space, for some reason they only discovered themselves now - this also seems almost mystic. However, the ancient inhabitants of present-day Arabia, apparently, knew this eerie place well, and they probably did not accidentally choose a dormant volcano to build such a fantastic complex, moreover, some structures were erected at its very top.
So far, scientists do not know absolutely anything about the "gates of hell" - only guesses and assumptions, since a superficial examination of the ancient complex gave absolutely nothing - did not even reveal the secret of the past millennia. However, scientists under the leadership of Australian archaeologist David Kennedy intend to return here in the near future and study these mysterious structures more thoroughly in order to understand why they were erected here and what role they played in the life of our distant ancestors.
As David himself says, even touching this secret is a big deal. His team does not really hope to fully solve it in one expedition, since such ancient buildings, on the one hand, have already lost a lot for us over the millennia, and on the other, they simply do not lend themselves to the logic of our thinking. For example, how many scientists are struggling with the riddle of the same Sphinx and the Egyptian pyramids - and things can be said to be there even now, although Egyptologists have spent many decades on all this, wrote up a bunch of papers, published thousands of books, shot hundreds of documentaries …
And the "gates of hell" is still a completely closed book …
