Let's start our little research with a rough understanding of how many tons of processed stone are located there. Let's take a look at a few photos showing the ruins.
The huge slabs alone weigh tens of tons, which would be a difficult task for the Inca civilization. If you add up all the ruins, you get hundreds of tons of cut stone, and this is a fairly large scale for the Incas. Why did they work so hard?
And there is no exact answer. No one can say with certainty what was in the place of these ruins. We get a huge loss of time and effort to create unknown what and why.
This official version is not particularly satisfying, because it is more like finding the ruins left by an older civilization.
But slabs are far from all facts that contradict logic and common sense. Among the ruins there are blocks and even mysterious letters (shown in the photo above with arrows), whose processing does not correspond to the development of the Incas.
Their processing can be compared with modern capabilities, so high quality and impressive it is done. How could the Indians handle and carve stone on a huge scale?

Among the ruins there are also such specimens that cannot be attributed to the Inca civilization. Just take a look at these holes, probably decorative.
I forgot to mention that the stones in the photo are made of quartzite, which is harder than granite and basalt. That is, it was not easy to process it, not to mention the pinpoint processing that we observe.
Looking at some of the photographs, one gets the impression that it was not difficult for the Incas to cut a square or rectangular piece of quartzite rock.
But in our time, to accomplish this task, you will have to use modern equipment, and we are not talking about an isolated case, but a large scale of work.
I consider all these ruins to be the remains of another civilization that existed long before the Incas. Some of the ruins were buried several meters underground, which speaks of their antiquity.
So far not all the ruins have been excavated, and what secrets those lands still keep, we will not find out at all soon. We can say with confidence that either the Incas possessed an unknown technology of stone processing and transportation, or these ruins remained from another civilization.
