The name Edgar Cayce is not familiar to all Russians, although in the United States he was revered in almost the same way as Wang in the Slavic countries. An American mystic and medium, who lived at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, Cayce made thousands of predictions during his biography, which came to him in an altered state of consciousness, a trance, reminiscent of a dream. For this feature, he was nicknamed "the sleeping prophet" during his lifetime.
It was in a dream that Cayce predicted the dates of the beginning and end of both world wars, the death of the German Empire in World War II, the economic rise of 1933, the collapse of the Soviet Union and the crisis that soon followed, the flourishing of China and other world events. And also virtually all major natural disasters from 1958 to 1998, the end of the Cold War, the death of President Kennedy and the emergence of the State of Israel. And although many researchers (as it usually happens) called the "sleeping prophet" an ordinary charlatan, many of his predictions came true, some - almost literally, and others - with minor "errors" that can be easily recognized as a statistical error.
In addition, Edgar Cayce successfully treated people without touching them - just by putting them into a trance. Naturally, such a skill added reverence and respect to the healer among ordinary Americans, and in the future - among the inhabitants of the whole world, because over time the glory of the prophet crossed the borders of his native country.
It is interesting that some of the "readings" (that is, predictions) of the great American directly concerned our country. Therefore, it will be very interesting to know what the Cayce prophecies were for 2017.
Hope of the world - Slavic peoples
This is how the medium Edgar Cayce saw the future of human civilization. It is unlikely that these predictions were influenced by the unprecedented victories of the Russian troops during the war - Casey died shortly before the Great Victory, in January 1945. Yes, and he was a citizen of the United States, and American propaganda already then presented the military events in a slightly different light, even though America was an ally of the USSR in this war. Be that as it may, Casey believed that it was from the Russian side that "hope for the whole world will come."
At the same time, he noted that this hope will not come from communism or Bolshevism, but will represent "freedom and friendship." The "Sleeping Prophet" rarely gave specific dates, only indicating a period of time for events that were to take place. However, Casey predicted, if not unification, then rapprochement for both of these states. In particular, he spoke about the possibility of a new revival of the Soviet Union, which can be interpreted as the unification of its territories. At the moment, Belarus is actively cooperating with Russia, Georgia is thinking about establishing more serious ties, Crimea has already returned to the Russian Federation … Apparently, the former Soviet republics, having "eaten" from the soul of freedom, are gradually beginning to regret that they have literally recently chosen free swimming which brought them poverty, devastation and many other problems. So, in a way, Edgar Cayce's 2017 predictions for Russia are beginning to come true, although the revival of the USSR is hardly possible in the literal sense.
By the way, the American visionary predicted the return to Russia of such republics as: Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Kazakhstan. So far, this "vision" is in no hurry to come true, but who knows what other "color revolution" will push back to the Russian Federation yet another former Soviet republic ruined by "freedom".
There will be no third war
Another point directly concerns the predictions of Edgar Cayce for 2017 for Ukraine. The medium repeatedly, directly or in hints, said that the Third World War would not happen after all. This means that you should not worry that a local conflict in Ukraine will inevitably develop into global hostilities. The predictor also said that as a result of global catastrophes, the earth's axis will deviate by about 50 degrees, which will lead to serious climate change on Earth. In particular, Africa was predicted to turn into a "block of ice". True, Edgar Cayce's predictions for 2017 do not contain information that this whole world mess will begin in our day.
In addition, Casey has repeatedly stressed that Russia will be able to escape from a terrible death. And the seer called Western Siberia "the center of salvation", where, in his opinion, "clean energy" is accumulated, capable of protecting the region and its people from any natural disasters. And in general, Russia, according to the medium, will suffer the least from destruction, thanks to its geography and the fact that it is our country that is allegedly entrusted with a super mission to preserve and revive all of humanity.
What is the bottom line?
Does it make sense to seriously believe Edgar Cayce's predictions? 2017 will undoubtedly be a difficult year for our country and many other countries. But since the continents still do not crack on Earth, it does not snow in the deserts of Africa, and it is by no means hot at the South Pole, there is no reason to believe that all the cataclysms and disasters described by the "sleeping prophet" will happen in the near future. Something will inevitably happen, because every day on our planet there are thousands of earthquakes, tsunamis, hurricanes and other natural phenomena that are extremely dangerous for people. But we are unlikely to live to see the real death of civilizations - if it happens, it will not be very soon.
