When George was four years old, doctors decided to surgically remove the mole. But the "hole" from her on the forehead had to be closed with something and it was desirable to do it without the terrible scars from skin grafts. And then, at their own peril and risk, the doctors went for a unique procedure. They inserted two implants under the skin of the forehead, two "horns" so that the skin on the forehead stretched out enough and an extra piece appeared to hide the scar after removing the mole.

With such "horns" the boy passed four months. After that, the implants were removed. the mole was cut out and covered with extra elongated skin, after which only a small scar remained on the child's forehead, no more than Harry Potter's.
Karen, the boy's mother, says that when she saw George with the "horns" for the first time, she almost fainted.
