The elusive Chupacabra was finally found in the Carpathian region. At least, this is what the residents of Kolomyia hope for. The Rybakov family stumbled upon the remains of a mummified animal that looks like nothing else in the attic of their country house. The creature has a large head and teeth in several rows. This is stated in the plot of TSN.19.30.
Before Kolomyia, an unknown animal, which is popularly called "Chupacabra", recently visited and killed rabbits from one owner. And now other people have found strange remains of an animal that raise a lot of questions. The Rybakovs found the mummified body of an unknown animal with a large head and an incredible number of teeth in the mouth in the attic of a country house.
“I looked in the teeth. I know cats well. And here is a bunch of teeth. They grow in bushes,”says Igor Rybak, a resident of Kolomyia.
“Despite such a terrible creature, the first thing I thought was chupacabra,” says Oksana Rybak.
Chupacabra is an unknown animal that kills rabbits by gently drinking their blood. He takes his victims out of strong cages. Chupacabra has been talked about for years, but still no one has seen it. Fishermen asked journalists to help find out what kind of creature was found.
First of all, we go to the hunters. Mikhail Lushchak has never seen any animals in his life. He considers the Kolomyia find for a long time. He does not hide his surprise.
“It doesn't fit into any existing species,” he says.
The expert is also struck by the number of teeth in the mouth of the creature, which have grown in several rows. The dead creature reminds him of a marten. Mikhail Lushchak says that martens can suck blood from rabbits. And if this is a strong aggressive male, then break the cells.

At the Department of Medical Biology of the Medical University, the Kolomyia find is awaiting a whole council. They do not agree with the version of the marten. Too big head. It is believed that it could be a cat or a raccoon dog.
“It's a predator by the teeth. But something with such a wide muzzle ?! No, I don’t think it’s a marten,”says Polina Gelyuk, assistant professor at the Ivano-Frankivsk National Medical University.
“Raccoon dog. It looks like a skull,”says her colleague Ruslan Kozovoy.
Experts failed to finally identify the Kolomyia find. The dots on the "i" could be dotted by the DNA examination - the bone marrow can still be extracted from the mummified remains. But such an analysis can only be done abroad.
