"We see the real world as we were brought up to perceive it." I came across this wise idea in the book of Carlos Castaneda “The Teachings of Don Juan. The path of knowledge of the Yaki Indians ", which I first met many years ago in a climbing camp in the Alatau mountains.

Here, far from civilization, in an environment of autonomous existence, one of my first experiments took place, the purpose of which was to study the optimal diet of a person during prolonged and heavy physical exertion. I remember with what joy three young male climbers trained according to my system, setting off on a difficult ascent, left heavy backpacks with canned food, sausages, cheese and bread in the camp, replacing them with small bags at their waist, and how cheerful, cheerful they returned after six days, having made a difficult climb to the "five-thousander".

After seeing them off, I was left alone with the book I mentioned, which was printed on tissue paper by the rotaprint method. I literally "swallowed" it, so unusual and at the same time accurately reflecting the order of things seemed to me the worldview of the Yaki Indians. Since then, I have strengthened my desire not to blindly trust the generally accepted, seemingly unshakable concepts in science and in life. And, as I happened to be convinced more than once, she was right.

In modern science, including the science of nutrition, there is a lot of error, coming from a low level of knowledge of the world. However, this does not prevent a person from arrogantly believing that he is smarter than living nature and can disregard its laws. The quintessence of this worldview was the well-known expression: "We cannot wait for favors from nature, it is our task to take them from her." And we take, forcing and destroying it.

Meanwhile, the laws of nature are wise. It organically merges the material and the ideal, the small and the great, the private and the general, everything that we, like little children breaking our favorite toys, disassemble into parts, into components, study them, each separately, hoping to understand the principle of the whole. This method of research prevails today both in the natural sciences and in philosophy, designed to comprehend the objective facts obtained by scientists.

To deny such a method of cognizing the world would be both senseless, since it exists, and unreasonable, given the significance of the results obtained with its help. But this method also carries a serious danger. The trouble is that both natural sciences and philosophy, not fertilized by spirituality, often give birth to real monsters, such as, for example, the theory of balanced nutrition.

The whole world bows its heads in memory of the tens of thousands of people who died in the atomic tornado of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. All of us were shocked by the Chernobyl tragedy. But at the same time, we do not give ourselves the trouble, even for a moment, to think about the monstrous consequences of the undivided domination of the mentioned "theory", which annually takes the lives of millions and millions of people who die untimely from the unnatural food sanctified by its authority, contraindicated to the human body.

Spirituality is the watershed that separates healing nutrition, which is an integral part of the holistic system of natural healing that I have created, Promotional video:

Moreover, by the word "spirituality" I mean not just education, erudition, knowledge of musical literacy or the ability to understand styles, genres and trends of art, but the ability to perceive, feel with every cell of your body the harmony of a many-sided, multicolored, diverse and at the same time a single world …

I will not dwell on the numerous flaws in the theory of balanced nutrition here, as it is quite complete. Let me just say that these "innate" vices make the theory of balanced nutrition an inferior child of an equally inferior civilization, whose focus was not on satisfying the basic natural needs of man, but on his desire for pleasure and falsely understood comfort. What such a pursuit leads to can be judged by the example of rats, which have been trained by pressing a pedal to irritate the pleasure center in their brain with a weak electrical impulse. As a result, the animals turned into real drug addicts. Something similar, with the direct complicity of balanced nutrition theorists, happened to humans.

By blessing people for the consumption of high-calorie animal products, they have created not only an explosion of chronic diseases, but also the problem of hunger on our generously fertile Earth. Prescribing the obligatory consumption of meat and other animal products, supposedly vital for man, having introduced this idea into the public consciousness, the "kalorishtsy" gave a powerful acceleration to the development of animal husbandry. Today, hundreds of millions of tons of full-value natural products are fed to livestock, which would be more than enough to provide food for more than one billion people.

Fortunately, in the depths of the old, the shoots of the new are sure to break through. They are gaining strength, getting stronger, until they eventually displace from life, from the consciousness of people, theories and concepts, which, as in a mirror, reflected the low level of knowledge of previous generations, multiplied and raised to a degree by those who built their well-being on the ignorance of the masses. …

This will inevitably happen and is already happening thanks to the works of great scientists, among whom our compatriots I. M. Sechenov, I. P. Pavlov, V. I. Vernadsky, Russian by origin I. Prigozhin, I. JI occupy a worthy place. Gerlovin, A. M. Ugolev.

I would like to say special about academician Alexander Mikhailovich Ugolev.

When I was working on this book, the news of his passing came, which literally shocked me. An outstanding researcher has passed away, whose contribution to the science of nutrition is comparable only with the contribution of the great I. P. Pavlov. But if I. P. Pavlov was the first among domestic scientists to be awarded the Nobel Prize, which played the role of his guardian angel after 1917, then Alexander Mikhailovich had a different fate. As an honest scientist and person, he was one of the first in our country to oppose the theory of balanced nutrition, pointing out the tragic consequences that it has on people. This served as a signal for the beginning of his organized persecution: the scientist was deprived not only of his favorite job, but also of any means of subsistence. So to speak, for the edification of heretics.

Much time passed before A. M. Ugolev was again admitted to scientific activity. However, the hardships that befell him did not pass without leaving a trace. The great scientist was forced to precede the presentation of his ideas, conclusions and discoveries, leaving no stone unturned from the theory of balanced nutrition, with an obligatory ritual bow towards its priests - scientific midgets and routine phrases about the significance of the "theory" they preached in the development of nutritional science.

I am sure that the same, if not even more tragic fate would await another prominent scientist of our time, the Leningrad theoretical physicist I. JI. Gerlovin, during the "witch-hunt" in science he would publish the foundations of a unified theory of all interactions in matter that he developed.

To me, as a physician and a biologist, the conclusion of I. JI is especially close and understandable. Gerlovin that “humanity still does not fully know all the features of the impact on a person of the food he uses and naively estimates its quality in terms of calorie content. Mankind widely uses in the entire national economy, especially in the production of food, artificially created substances, even chemotherapy has become the basis of human treatment. Only in recent years has it become clear that all this is self-poisoning of mankind …

This happened because modern science got stuck at a very low level of knowledge of the world and declared the postulates created at this level to be the ultimate truth."

But the way out of the created impasse has been known to people for a long time - since the time of Pythagoras, who ate plant food. In my numerous experiments, I managed to prove that the consumption of foods that retain their natural bioinformatic properties decreases. Food does not burden the gastrointestinal tract with its mass, does not stretch the stomach, the large intestine normalizes, its microflora is restored, and then the functions of the digestive tract as a whole, which is decisive for bringing the human body into a state of complete actual, and not "practical" health …

As scientists have found, the human digestive tract not only provides the body with nutrients, but also is a powerful endocrine organ, superior in importance to all other organs of the endocrine system combined.

By the way, this discovery helped to understand why, by normalizing the work of the digestive tract, I manage to restore the hormonal activity of the body. In this regard, the story of N. O. Zinchenko is recalled. Throughout her life, she followed the prescriptions of the theory of balanced nutrition with her characteristic accuracy and even pedantry. But despite this, or rather, it was thanks to this that the woman fell ill with diabetes. Insulin became her inseparable companion. Further more. There were trophic changes in the tissues of the leg, I had to wear an ugly orthopedic boot. No matter how I was treated - nothing helped. In the end, it got to the point that the doctors put her before a choice: amputation of a leg or death.

Preparations for the operation had already begun, when Natalya Olafovna's husband literally brought her to me in his arms. The system of natural healing, based on raw plant foods and a low-calorie diet, the recommendations of which Zinchenko began to strictly follow, quickly did its job. In the meantime, it destroys everything that the food given to us by nature is rich in, using technologies built on refining, canning, concentration, optimization, and thermal processing of food. I declare with full responsibility: I never managed to find at least something healing in those meager ones, I would even put it more strongly - in those corpse remains of lifeless products that the food industry treats us to. Even table salt, refined sugar, and fine flour are no exception.

Of course, a person can also eat “lifeless”, defective foods, which, in fact, is happening today, but in this case he will have to satisfy his needs by significantly increasing the volume of such foods in the diet. Hence the constant tension with food, hence the thoughtless chemicalization of the soil, destroying a thin layer of life-giving humus in our fields, which are no longer able to satisfy the hypertrophied needs of a sick society.

And finally, the most important thing: food products, devoid of natural bioinformatic properties, dramatically reduce the spiritual potential of people, bring disorder into the sphere of their emotional and mental activity, destroy the self-regulation of the whole human body, which causes massive severe chronic diseases.

By transferring people to natural healing nutrition prescribed by nature in combination with a complex of physical and respiratory exercises, hardening procedures, I restored their spiritual, mental and physical health, healed the most severe forms of chronic diseases, including cardiovascular and cancer. However, all my reports about this were perceived by representatives of official science sharply negatively, which, incidentally, is not surprising. After all, the system of natural healing that I developed encroached on the "holy of holies" for the tandem that now dominates in public opinion: the theory of balanced nutrition in nutritional science and symptomatic methods of treatment in medicine.
