Another hallmark of China is its ability to set long-term goals and achieve them. In this country, the state development plan is scheduled for several years ahead, which eliminates the emergence of many problems, including financial ones. This is an independent country, it does not ask anyone for help for its development or to achieve its goals. All means used in scientific research,are the state's own funds.
So far, despite all the obvious successes of the Chinese state, special attention must be paid to accuracy and other areas, as they lag behind other countries due to lack of experience.
